This enables us to build business relationships that continue well past the initial contracted period. 4bi Board of Directors all come from corporate backgrounds: Managing Director - Mr. Richard M Green Richard was the Managing Director the one of the worlds largest insurance companies security division. He has helped steer several successful businesses and been responsible for the design of a number of very successful award winning products and services. Richard’s background formally in engineering and IT, latterly in Business Consultancy provides him with a strong understanding of what makes business tick. Finance Director - Mr. Malcolm J Cashmore Malcolm is a chartered accountant and senior partner at Cashmore & Co a successful midlands based accountancy practice specialising in SME business. Malcolm is on the board of directors of several successful businesses and has played a central roll in developing these into leaders in their field. Technical Consultant - Mr. Nick M Sims Nick has over 20 years experience in the Security Industry. Nick was elected onto the main board of the BSIA in 2000, and is a member of the influential British Standards Institute (BSI) Electronic Security Systems committee. He represents the UK in the production of European standards, having the Cenelec role of CLC/TC79/WG6 convener responsible for the European Standard on Warning Devices, previously being the UK’s principle expert in this field. Nick has a proven record of successful product design and development during his many years in the UK and European security industry. He has always been committed to introducing high quality and innovative solutions through the use and development of technology to meet the requirements of the ever changing security industry.
