The Preschool Program

 

Parent and Me (2-4yrs) This 40 minute class is for little ones and an adult.  In this class we work on developing large and small motor skills, body awareness, and coordination.  This is an interactive class that incorporates music, props, and obstacle courses to encourage movement, balance, and confidence. As well as begins to teach basic gymnastics skills.

Preschool (4-5yrs) This is a 45 minute independent class.  Littles must be potty trained.  In this class we use fun obstacle courses and games to encourage motor skill development, coordination, and proper technique for basic gymnastics skills.

 

Kinderkids 5-7yrs This is a 50 minute class perfect for kindergartner & 1st graders.  In this class we introduce the many different gymnastics events. Vault, bars, beam, rings, and floor.  We begin to introduce basic skills on all the events through the use of progressives stations designed to build strength, confidence, and independence.

The Recreational Program

 

Recreational gymnastics is for boys and girls ages 7-16yrs. We offer a variety of levels to meet the needs of Beginners all the way through Advanced.  We use progressive style stations to encourage kids to learn new skills and build confidence in their own body and strength.

 

The Competitive Program

 

As gymnasts progress to the competitive team, they learn to appreciate their own abilities and responsibilities preparing them for competition. The team is structured according to the USAG Developmental & Xcel guidelines and includes Levels Girl’s 3-7 & Xcel Silver, Gold, & Platinum.  Team program is by invitation only! Tumbling

 

Learn the basic through advanced tumbling skills needed for competitive cheerleading or dance. We use a spring floor, Tumbl Trak, foam pit, and special shaped mats will aid in the learning and developing new skills.
