Lyrics:

Something I don't, Something I don't

He created the heavens, he created the earth
Tell me something that I don't know
He became a human through a virgin birth
Tell me something that I don't know

He amazed the wise men in spite of his youth
As he spoke with wisdom and knowledge of truth
Beyond a doubt we know
Tell me something that I don't know

Chorus:
Tell me something that I don't know
Please, tell me something I don't know
Tell me something that I don't already know
Something I don't, Something I don't

He gave sight to blinded, made the lame to walk
Tell me something that I don't know
Got the demons to fleeing when they heard him talk
Tell me something that I don't know

He spoke with the power that came from above
As he lived an example of genuine love
Beyond a doubt we know
Tell me something I don't know

Repeat Chorus

In searching for knowledge our world is obsessed
With all kinds of breakthroughts I'm very impressed
But as to the meaning and purpose we live
There's only one answer Creation can give

He was taken with anger On a cross to die
Tell me something that I don't know
Because of all my sin the Lord was crucified
Tell me something that I don't know

But then after the third day He arose from the grave
Holding ultimate victory and power to save
Beyond a doubt we know
Tell me something I don't know

Repeat Chorus (x2)

Something I don't know

Scriptural Reference:

"Jesus replied, 'I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done.'"  Matthew 21:21

To our God and Father be glory forever
To our God and Father be glory forever
To our God and Father be glory forever

Chorus:
And my God will meet all your needs
And my God will meet all your needs
And my God will meet all your needs
And my God will meet all your needs

Bridge:
According to his riches that's found in Jesus Christ
He is meeting all our needs and he has paid the price
No matter what we hope for or what we need in life
God will give us all we need through Jesus' sacrifice

Who's gonna meet your needs? Jesus, Jesus
Who's gonna meet your needs? Well, I know, I know he's gonna meet your needs
Who's gonna meet your needs? I know he will be with you
Who's gonna meet your needs? Beyond a doubt he'll meet all your needs

Repeat Chorus

Who's gonna meet your needs? Jesus
Who's gonna meet your needs? I believe that Jesus will
Who's gonna meet your needs? I know he will be with you

To our God and Father be glory forever
And my God will meet all your needs
And my God will meet all your needs

I Can Rejoice

Words and music: Duane Adams © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
Lead: Duane Adams
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life

People need shelter when Satan starts his show
But I've got a God who can handle anything he throws

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life

Hallelujah Choruses and praises of our King
I know voices can release the heart when you hear his people sing

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (Sing it, sing it, sing it again ya'all)
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (I can rejoice, I can rejoice)

Simple lessons I learned as a boy
Messages of mercy are still in my heart
Well you know I may stumble, but I still have the joy
Of knowing His forgiveness is what sets me apart
From the world, it's searching for peace and honest love
I'm glad the Holy Spirit's here to help me through this mud

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (I can learn to rejoice, that will always be my choice)

Simple things become extreme when facing them alone
Must keep the Lord in full control, always think of my home

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (I can rejoice)
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (I can rejoice, I can rejoice)

When the wordly pressures captivate your time
Simple pleasures seem to hide
But genuine wonders are found in His kingdom
So make the decision to enjoy the ride

Anytime you're feeling lonely focus on His joy
When the time comes for your understanding
Peace will conquer your painful tears
Endless comfort as the Lord draws nearer

A time is coming when all the world's gonna know
The gracious one who gave His Son, visual and behold

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (I will praise Him all my days, that will always be my way)

Don't be second guessing what Scripture has in stone
By sharing in his suffering, we will share his home.

I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (Sing it, sing it, sing it again ya'all)
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (He is still the savior and king, just as he was in the beginning)
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life (He is the way, the only way, I've got things to be glad about)
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life
I can rejoice in the Lord of my life

Scriptural Reference:

"And we rejoice in hope of the glory of God."  Romans 5:2b

If There Were No God

Words and music: Keith Lancaster © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
Arrangement: Don Marsh © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
This song also appeared on The Collection by Acappella and Hear It In Our Voice: Volume III by The Acappella Company.
Producer's Note from The Collection: "This song may be the greatest understatement of all.  John 1 says 'Through Him all things were made: Without Him nothing was made that has been made.  In him was life, and that life was the light of men.'  God is.  Period.  The only thing more astounding than the vastness of God's awesome power is His love for us!  I love diversity in an album and believe it is a strong point of our releases.  With that in mind, I asked Don Marsh to arrange this song.  The music flows beautifully and Steve Reischl shines brightly throughout."
Lead: Steve Reischl
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

If there were no God there would be no music
There would be no dream to be dreaming of
What a dreadful thought of an empty future
If there were no God there would be no love

If there were no God there would be no children
There would be no joy to relieve our tears
Not a tender hand to provide us comfort
No consoling heart to subdue our fears

Chorus:
But we know that God is with us
And we know His majesty
Reigning now, the King eternal
Yes we know the victory

If there were no God there would be no sunshine
There would be no rain to refresh the earth
There would be no jewels to display their value
There would be no thought of enduring words

If there were no God there'd be no creation
There would be no light there would be no breath
No surpassing joy nothing in existence
If there were no God all would be death

Repeat Chorus (x2)

Yes we know, yes we know the victory
Yes we know the victory

Scriptural Reference:

"Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners--of whom I am the worst.  But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life.  Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever.  Amen."  1 Timothy 1:15-17

Do Not Be Afraid

Words and music: Keith Lancaster, Gary Moyers, Duane Adams, Steve Reischl, and Robert C. Guy © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
Lead: Duane Adams
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

Chorus:
Do not be afraid, for I am with you
Do not be afraid, declares the Lord
Do not be afraid, for I am with you
And will rescue you forever more

Moses led his band to the promised land
Everyone was scared that there'd be a fight
So they sent some men to see if they would win
If they were to challenge the Canaanites
Ten of the men were afraid of that land
Thinking they would be better off dead
Caleb and Joshua had different thoughts
And this is what they said, they said. . .

Repeat Chorus

Jeremiah floored himself before the Lord
God had told him that he was set apart
He would be God's hand, a prophet to the land
He should do all that the Lord commands
Jeremiah said, "I am only a boy
And I don't even konw the right words"
The Lord reached down and touched his mouth
And this is what he heard

Repeat Chorus

Bridge:
I can't see far ahead of me
Dark storms cloud my view
Take courage and you will see
Give it to God and he will rescue you

Repeat Chorus (x2)

And will rescue you forever
And will rescue you forever
And will resuce you forevermore
Evermore

Scriptural Reference:

"That night the Lord appeared to him and said, 'I am the God of your father Abraham.  Do not be afraid, for I am with you."  Genesis 26:24a
"The word of the Lord came to me, saying, 'Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.'  'Ah, Sovereign Lord,' I said, 'I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.' The Lord said to me, 'Do not say, "I am only a child."  You must go to everyone I sed you to and say whatever I command you.  Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,' declares the Lord."  Jeremiah 1:4-8

When You're There

Words and music: Keith Lancaster (1978) © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
This song also appeared on Sing and Make Music by Keith Lancaster.
This song won the 1996 CARA for "Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Song"
Lead: Steve Reischl
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

When you're there (repeat through most of the song)

Oh you say that you've had enough
You didn't think it would be so rough
You had a chance but too long you wait
This pain you did not anticipate
If you knew it was this bad
You would have worried (and hurried)
To be sure that your whole life was in the Way

Chorus:
(When you're there) will you say that you've got no time
(When you're there) to be in his great love divine?
(When you're there) your chance for hope is now just history
(When you're there) and there your soul's in dreaded agony
With the angels who fell into an everlasting hell
You will know just how they feel when you're there

It came to sinning and you did your share
And for your soul you just did not care
You think of friend and you know their fate
You wished you'd warned them but it's too late
If you had a second chance
You would be teaching (and preaching)
To be sure your family and friends would change their way

Repeat Chorus

He was a-hungry and a-thirsty and you gave him no drink
A needy stranger didn't let him in
He was a-naked and in prison and you gave him no help
For my dear Savior you were not a friend

Repeat Chorus

Think about when you're there (when you're there)
It will be too late (when you're there)
Every knee will bow, every tounge confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (when you're there)
You say that life can be way too run (oh, no, you don't wanna be there)

When you're there

Scriptural Reference:

"Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."  Philippians 2:11

God Inhabits Our Praise

Words and music: Latayne Scott, Keith Lancaster, Gary Moyers, Duane Adams, Robert C. Guy, and Steve Reischl © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
Lead: Duane Adams (chorus), Steve Reischl (verses), and Gary Moyers (bridge)
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

Chorus:
God inhabits our praise
God inhabits our praise

God inhabits our praise
He lives in each heartfelt word
Each note that we sing, all things that we bring
Make our building of praise for our Lord

God inhabits our praise
He lives in each heartfelt word
We invite him inside, ask his love to abide
In our building of praise to the Lord

Repeat Chorus

God inhabits our praise
He lives in each heartfelt word
When we give him heart, he will never depart
From our building of praise to our Lord

God inhabits our praise
He lives in each heartfelt word
When we lift up his name, His love will remain
From our building of praise to our Lord

Repeat Chorus

Bridge:
My God, inhabit our praise
Lord, live in heartfelt word
In this haven of peace, let our anxious thoughts cease
In our building of praise to the Lord

God inhabits our praise
He lives in each heartfelt word
Each note that we sing, all things that we bring
Make our building of praise for our Lord

God inhabits our praise
He lives in each heartfelt word
We invite him inside, ask his love to abide
In our building of praise to the Lord

Repeat Chorus (x2)

Scriptural Reference:

"Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the praise of Israel."  Psalm 22:3

I'm At Your Mercy

Words and music: Keith Lancaster © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)
This song also appeared on The Collection by Acappella.
Producer's Note from The Collection: "Songwriters get ideas from unusual and unexpected sources.  During a time when I was tired of constantly hearing about the O.J. Simpson trial, I decided to write a song with a court room as the back drop.  Many of our singers have tremendous vocal range.  Although Robert Guy normally sang bass, he was all over the map with this song."
Lead:  Robert C. Guy
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

As I stood inside the courtroom
The judge came walking in
There was One who stood beside me
A compassionate friend
As he spoke my situation
I knew that he was in control
Of the destiny of my eternal soul

With a hush the crowd awaited
To receive the words he'd say
A finality was pressing
Like no other day
To reveal my destination
That was what I soon would know
To eternity, where was I to go?

Chorus:
Yes, your honor, I'm at your mercy
You can do with me
Just as you please
Please remember
My testimony
The blood of Jesus
Covers me

When the time came for the verdict
The anticipation rose
But the people knew too well
The path in life they chose
Those who had not cared to answer
When in life he gave the call
Or had known his grace and love
Only to fall

But as he looked in my direction
I was not afraid
'Cause the nailed-scarred hands
Were there defending me
But then he rose to give the answer
As we bowed unto the Lord
He said "Well done my child,
Great is your reward"

Repeat Chorus (x2)

Please remember
My testimony
The blood of Jesus
Covers me

Scriptural Reference:

"But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.  He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior."  Titus 3:4-6

He Did It Again

Words and music: Keith Lancaster and Don Hart © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP).
Arrangement: Don Hart © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP).
Lead: Gary Moyers, Duane Adams, and Robert C. Guy
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

Chorus:
He did it again
He did it again
He showed the death-defying
Faith-reyling wonder of his might
Remember the miracle
Brought from his hand
Still see him working in this land
He did it again

Remember when Moses told the Pharaoh
He should let the people go
And if he would not cooperate
The power he would show
Sadly Pharaoh's heart was hardened
And to Moses he declined
To obey the Lord's commandments
He just would not change his mind

One by one the Lord sent down the plagues
Upon Egyptian land
Showed his mighty awesome power
Just to help them understand
That Jehovah is the true God
And there is no other way
He'll deliver us from bondage
He can part the sea today

Repeat Chorus

Remember when God had told Elijah
He'd send rain upon the land
That was famished from a famine
That they long could not withstand
Well, he called upon the prophets
Of a heathen god named Ball
To arrange a simple contest
And to let the prophets wail

So, from the morning 'til the evning
All the prophets of that god
Were distraught for lack of action
(a divinity facade!)
Yet Elijah called Jehovah
To bring fire down and then
He released his might from heaven
Showed his power once again

Repeat Chorus

Now our God is alive and well
Overcoming the powers of Hell
If you pray and believe it's true
There's no doubt what our God will do

Repeat Chorus

Still see him working in the land
He did it again
He did it again
Again!

Scriptural Reference:

"They will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will overcome them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings--and with him will be his called, chosen, and faithful followers."  Revelation 17:14

Brave New World

Words and music: Gary Moyers and Duane Adams © 1995 Anthony K. Music (ASCAP)/Clifty Music (BMI)
Lead: Gary Moyers and Duane Adams (Duet)
Sample: Windows Media

Lyrics:

Who you gonna run to, who you gonna run to
Who do you run to, who do you run to
Who you gonna run to, who you gonna run to

Who do you run to when your hope is gone?
I come running, running back to the One who shelters me
Who do you run to when the fear is strong?
I come running, running back to the One who comforts me
Troubled times seems to have a way to send you racing from the norm
Easy answers are lost inside your perspective
Seems like there's nowhere left to turn

Who do you lean on when your light is low?
I come running, running back to the One who lets me see
Who do you turn to when you don't belong?
I go running, running back to the One who set me free
There's comforting lifeline who's waiting to cancel your alarm
He's a friend who promises to protect you
As he opens up his arms and says

Chorus:
Welcome to the brave new world
Welcome to the place you've always longed to be
Welcome to the brave new world
Once you've seen this joy you'll never ever want to leave
This place brings a new dimension to life
Cause the one in control here is Jesus Christ, so
Welcome to the brave new world

Who do you run to when your joy is gone?
I go running, running back to the One who made me strong
Who do you go to when your answer's wrong?
I start falling, falling on my knees to ask the Lord
He said, "Come to me, all of you whose load is heavy from the storm"
There is rest in my Savior's hand that will never pass away
He will always be around, so

Repeat Chorus

He's everlasting, he's faithful and true
He is the door that will open to the brave new world

Repeat Chorus (x2)

Welcome to the brave new,
welcome to the brave new,
Welcome to the Brave New World

Scriptural Reference:

"I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True." Revelation 19:11a
