Cancellation Policy:

Customers have the right to cancel a booking at any point, however the following refund polices apply when payment has been made and cleared our account. NOTE: A mutual alternative date will always be offered as an alternative to a refund.

Refund Policy, Training Courses:

30 days prior to 1st day of training = 100% refund

20 days prior to 1st day of training = 50% refund

14 days prior to 1st day of training = 25% refund

7 days prior to 1st day of training = 15% refund

Less than 7 days prior to 1st day of training = 0% refund

GDPR Privacy Policy:

No records are kept other than those details required for postal and invoicing purposes, ie invoicing and delivery addresses.

All Canditade information is kept in line with IMI GDPR requirements.
