Booking/Reservations

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will NOT be charged(*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation.

If you arrive by air, please mention the flight arrival time AND the flight number.

(*)Unless you have to cancel or do not show up or if your total reservation value is over € 1000 (see deposit below).

Deposit (only for reservations over Euro 1000)

For reservations over € 1000.- we ask for a deposit of 25%. (This can be paid by bank transfer or we can take it from your credit card, after your permission). Details will be emailed to you after you have made a reservation for which this applies). In case of a cancellation the full deposit (minus € 45.-) will be refunded according to our cancellation policy.

Payment

Payment is on arrival. We prefer cash, but payment with your credit card (VISA/MAstercard/AMEX) is also possible.

Minimal Stay

A minimal stay of two nights is required. For bookings which include a friday and/or saturday a minimal stay of three nights is required(*), unless a shorter stay fits in between other bookings. Please check the reservations page to see the minimal stay requirements for your dates.

*For holidays and other special dates (new year, Queens day) longer minimal stays may apply.

Check in and check out

We open at 10 AM. We expect you to arrive with us at the given arrival time or at 10 AM if your arrival time is before 10 AM. Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 2 PM, normal check out time is at 11 AM. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on your date of departure. You can always bring in your luggage early on the day of arrival (starting from 10AM!) and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day of departure.

Acceptance of accommodation signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of € 45 will be charged.
If cancelled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of cancelling within 24 hours of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
