When is The Steam Rally Open?

The gates will be open from 9.30am until 6.00pm on both days (Sunday 26th and Monday 27th May 2019).

Dogs

Monmouthshire County Council does not encourage owners to bring dogs into Bailey Park and requires that they must be kept on a lead. You must also clear up after your dog. Additionally dog owners must be aware that during the Steam Rally there are often loud noises and music, sharp bangs and crowds of people, which can distress dogs.

When does the Steam Run take place?

The popular Steam Run was cancelled last year because of the changes in the road pattern with new traffic lights outside the park.A route for this year is still under discussion and an announcement will be made when this is resolved.

Wheel Chair Access and Disabled Badge Holders?

Whilst Bailey Park is a grassed area there is a tarmac path all around its perimeter. Disabled badge holder vehicles may be parked free within Bailey Park, when accessed from Park Avenue (north side Gate 4A), space permitting.

Food Village

There will be a food Village together with food outlets throughout the Park.

Pubs

Alcoholic drinks may be purchased in the Food Village.

Camp Site

The very limited space available on site is reserved for Caravans, Campervans and Tents of Exhibitors and Traders only. However the Camp Sites listed are within easy reach of Bailey Park.

Vehicles in Bailey Park

Apart from Blue Badge holders, only Exhibitors and Traders who have pre-booked and have Passes may bring vehicles into the Bailey Park.

Overnight Parking

Caravans and Campervans are allowed on site for Exhibitors and Traders only and are strictly controlled by pre-booked passes.

Classic Car Entry Rule

All classic car exhibits must be registered before 1979.

Disabled

Please see wheel chair access. There will be toilets for the disabled at various locations in the Park.
