For over 20 years, Apartment Furniture has provided end-to-end furniture packages to the Australian accommodation industry.
AF Sourcing is the procurement division of Apartment Furniture. We source and deliver furniture for those who fit out commercial premises. Our clients include the hospitality, accommodation and property development industries as well as mining, student accommodation, aged care and commercial sectors.
At AF Sourcing, we listen to your ideas, specifications and furniture needs then, in partnership with you, put together a cost-effective project plan for specifying, manufacturing and delivering your requirements. We can take care of all the details – production management and logistics, import, delivery and installation of your completed furniture.
With a rich history of cost-effective manufacture, Apartment Furniture has access to a range of local and overseas factories that deliver furniture design against our strict quality control guidelines.

Meet the team…
Apartment Furniture founder Paul Martino, is a business developer and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the hotel management and hospitality industries.
In 2000, Paul leveraged his hospitality background to create Apartment Furniture, a furniture package business with the objective of supplying stylish and operationally fit for purpose commercial furniture. Over the past 13 years, customer tastes have become more sophisticated and design-driven. Launched in 2013 to respond to customer needs, AF Sourcing is a new division of Apartment Furniture that brings client designs, specifications and requirements to life as fully furnished rooms, buildings and spaces.
Paul is currently Sales Director at AF Sourcing, with responsibility for business development, sales and end-to-end management of client experience.
