This event will cover all of the practical implications of the changes to the Wiring Regulations, split into AM and PM sessions.
Day Seminar Morning - 09:30 to 12:30
Practical application of the Wiring Regulations for Contractors and Installers. These changes include:
- New Section 444 – Measures against electromagnetic disturbances
- New Section 534 – Devices for protection against overvoltage. Selection of Surge Protection Devices (SPD)
- New Section 710 – Medical Locations
- New Section 729 – Operating or Maintenance Gangways
- Appendix 6 – New Model Forms for Certification and Reporting
Day Seminar Afternoon - 13:30 - 16:30
An Introduction to the completion of the new Electrical Installation Condition Report, including the reasoning behind replacing the Periodic Inspection Report with this.
These seminars will prove ideal for anyone with a working knowledge of the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations, such as Electrical Contractors, Engineers, Designers and people who are registered in the Part P competence scheme.
