Directions

Situated on the eastern tip of Kent, just south of North Foreland and sandwiched between Margate and Ramsgate. It has good road and rail links from London and the other coastal towns in Kent.

Guests are provided with a free car parking space in an electronically locked car park, adjacent to the cottage.

Directions by road from the M25:
Leave the M25 at Junction 2
Join the A2/M2 heading east (coast bound)
Leave the A2/M2 at Junction 7
Join the A299 heading for Ramsgate
Continue into Ramsgate - down the hill through the harbour and up out of town, along Wellington Crescent.
At traffic lights, turn right into Hereson Road.
At the roundabout, take second exit.
At T junction with High Street, turn right.
Immediately after the pedestrian crossing, turn left (Lloyds Bank on the corner), the right into Thanet Road.

Directions by rail:
There are good rail links from London via Ashford and Canterbury, or via Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Margate.
There is also a direct link from Folkestone and Dover to Broadstairs station.

Directions by ferry:
The ferry ports of Ramsgate and Dover, and Euro Tunnel at Folkestone, are all within easy reach, with frequent cross-channel crossings.

paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by telephone using credit card, or by personal cheque.

If the balance is not paid on time then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit if the property is not re-let.

Should circumstances force you to cancel, more than six weeks prior to your arrival date, we will do our utmost to re-let the property. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to retain the deposit. In the event of the property being re-let we will refund the deposit, less administration costs of £30.00.

Refunds will be given on bookings cancelled within six weeks of arrival date only if we are able to re-let the property. This wil be pro-rata according to the period re-let. *All refunds are subject to a deduction of £30 for administration costs. (Visitors are advised to arrange travel insurance.)

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please inform us immediately to give us an opportunity to address your concern. We are sorry but claims made after departure will not be accepted.

To allow time for thorough housekeeping, we ask that you do not arrive  earlier than 3.30p.m.,  and you should vacate the property, on the day of departure,  no later than 10.00a.m.  Unauthorised late departure may incur extra cost.

Visitors are expected to leave the property clean and tidy and in the condition in which they found it. We understand that breakages can occasionally occur and would ask that visitors inform us of any damage. Damage, loss or extra cleaning may attract a charge.

Only the people named should be allowed to stay in the property unless prior arrangements have been made with the us. We regret that we do not accept pets

For the comfort and safety of you, your family and future guests, we must request that you do not smoke within the cottage. However, asahtrays are provide din the courtyard.

The price charged includes electricity, gas and water charges. It also includes bed-linen, towels and tea-towels. Also included in the price are a welcome pack and a 24-hour parking permit for local time-limited streets. (These may not be used in Pay and Display areas.)

The owners, their tradesmen or agents must be allowed reasonable access to the property, should circumstances demand it.
