Welcome to the ADP Associate Portal!
One way that ADP strives to be an Employer of Choice is by providing you with the
Associate Portal. The Associate Portal provides all associates useful information, intended
to answer many questions new associates may have. In addition the Associate Portal provides
one point of access to enroll in the many benefit plans offered by ADP. Throughout your
career at ADP the Associate Portal will be a valuable resource which includes:
ADP News! Keep up with ADP current events.
Business Unit Information! Resources and
information customized for each of ADP's business units!
e-@ssociate! At this site you must enroll in your health and welfare
benefits within 15 calendar days of your start date, you can view your Earnings Statements online and much more!
Online Company Directory! Find your fellow ADP
Associates and update your profile so that others can find you!
These are just some of the services provided to you through our Associate Portal.
Before you can access these features, you must first register below. When you register,
you will be provided with your Associate ID and asked to create a security profile which
includes picking a challenge phrase, response and 8-20 character password.

Your SSN is only required for first time verification. This is the only time that
you will need to supply your SSN.
Note: Within 5 business days from your start date, access to your Associate ID is available from this site.
Your Associate ID and the password you will create are required for you to register as a user to ADP’s Associate
Portal.
Important! Remember to make your benefit elections within 15 calendar days of your start date.
