Andy Gilmore, Managing Director

Initially trained by Chubb Alarms, Andy currently sits on the following committees, representing the interests of the industry and the installers:

• British Standard Institute (BSI) Committee
• British Security Industry Association (BSIA)
• Fire & Security Association
• Security Systems Section Technical Committee (SSSTC)
• GW1/2 Technical Committee
• Direct NACOSS Technical Sub Committee

Andy is also a founding member of the main NSI/NACOSS Fire Sector Committee which represents fire alarm installers. And, Andy is Vice Chairman and Technical Representative of the London Metropolitan Section of NSI/NACOSS Forums.

Keith Avey, Sales Director

Keith Avey got started in the industry working with AFA Minerva. He has held a variety of management positions with some of the UK’s best known security companies, including Shield Protection, ADT, Chubb Alarms, Advanced SOS Group, Telecom Security, Lander Alarms and Securicor Alarms. His knowledge and understanding of the industry and clients’ needs is unparalleled.

In most cases, Keith will be your initial point of contact as his primary role is to promote new business and to meet with you to discuss your fire safety and security needs.

Richard Peat, Engineering Manager

Richard Peat got started at AAI Security after working as a Security Systems Service Engineer for Knight Electronic Security Systems (later acquired by AAI Security Systems) in December 1997. Prior to joining AAI Security Systems, Richard had various engineering positions with other security companies.

Richard’s experience and knowledge has been gained through the many years he has spent working in managerial positions for various major companies.
