General Entry Scheme for IT Courses

A student having completed 10 + 2 or equivalent can enroll for the first semester, i.e., Diploma in  Information Technology (DIT). After this the student can continue with the remaining semesters of the course leading to the Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. BSc (IT). On successful completion of six semesters of BSc (IT)  he will be eligible for a Lateral Entry into third semester of the Masters Degree in Information Technology.

PG Diploma in Information Technology (PGDIT) will be awarded to students who have completed the second semester of MSc (IT) and have also completed their graduation.

PG Diploma in Telecom Technology (PGTIT) will be awarded to students who have completed the third and fourth semesters of MSc (IT) and have also completed their graduation.

Masters Degree in IT will be awarded on successful completion of six semesters.

Application Form
Every student applying for the first time can acquire the application on payment of a Demand Draft for Rs. 300.00 in favor of Acme College payable at Hyderabad, India.
After finishing a semester, which qualifies for an award of a certificate, you can download an application for registration for the next semester. This offers you the flexibility of continuing with the course or completing part and taking a certificate for it.

Duration : Minimum: Six months (One Semester).
                 Maximum: Three years (Six Semesters)

Credit System
The Credit system is followed wherein each credit amounts to 30 hours of study comprising of activities. This helps the students to understand the academic efforts he/she has to put in suitably to complete the course.
