Dee
Dee has over 10 years’ experience as a management consultant and has worked across the United Kingdom in a range of occupational sectors including health, social care, beauty, retail, marketing, education, manufacturing, tourism, finance, construction and forestry.
Prior to that, she was a senior manager within the public sector. As the deputy manager of a business unit employing 125 staff she spearheaded the campaign to be the first local authority and training organisation to gain the Investors in People award in Devon and Cornwall. She is now a registered Investors in People advisor and assessor.
People are Dee’s passion! She has a first class honours degree in Psychology and aims, through her work, to enable people to fulfil their potential – to be their ‘brilliant best’!
