We carry out a large number of extensions each month for home owner and building contractors, utilising bottom driven displacement piles or open hole augered piles depending on ground conditions, including reinforced concrete ground beams, under build brickwork, block and beam floors, reinforced concrete slabs.

Our modern fleet of mini piling rigs are low noise / low vibration rigs that are able to access a standard doorway's width and pile in 2.5 metres headroom.

If the trenches have already been excavated for a traditional foundation and the building inspector has asked for a piled foundation due to ground conditions encountered, we are able to supply the structural engineer's calculations for building control approval and install the piles and ground beams from the architect's drawings.

We also offer both free estimates and site visits, and would have pleasure in discussing your requirements either on site, at your property or premises.
