We are authorised and licenced by the UK Civil Aviation Authority to carry out weld repair to aerospace components.
We have extensive experience in the repair and construction of new parts for both rotary and fixed wing aircraft.
Our welding is UK C.A.A. BCAR A8-10 approved, and all items are returned to our clients with a CAA Welder Certificate of Release.
We are qualified to weld the following groups and materials:
- Sheet to Sheet - Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Mild steel
- Sheet to Tube - Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Mild steel
- Tube to Tube - Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Mild steel
Note: C.A.A. Approval is not always held for each of the above groups due to regular re-examinations required.
Type approvals take approximately 2 weeks from application.
