HISTORY AND FORMATION OF SIMEX’S

In 1981, Ha Noi Import anh Export corporation in the south of Viet Nam (Simex) was established by decision of the Ha Noi people’s Committee. The Simex’s is a state-owned enterprises are ranked first in 1994 and is the precursor of the Ha Noi import and export joint stock company in the south of Viet Nam (Simex) today.

In 1998, Simex’s was transferred to equitization as decided by People’s Committee of Ha Noi City. Currently, The Simex’s is a member of the Ha Noi Trade Corporation (Hapro).

Activities of the Simex’s available shares a growing and going into the professionalism of export, import, trade, services, etc… The strengths and potentials of Ha Noi Trade Corporation (Hapro), Simex’s will be growing stronger with my brand ready integration with the worth economy.
