The town of Hindley is situated where the A58 (St.Helens to Bolton) road crosses the A577 (Wigan to Atherton) road, in the County of Lancashire, England.
From this crossing(*), take the A577, named Atherton Road, in the direction of Atherton.  In approximately half-a-mile (500 metres), on the left there is a side-road called George Street, immediately after a pedestrian crossing.  Turn left into George Street and proceed until it makes a sharp left turn at a junction with Chapel Green Lane and Banner Street.  The Church is on the right at this junction.  The address is All Saints’ Parish Church, Chapel Fields Lane, Hindley, Wigan, Lancashire, England.  WN2 3QS.

Travelling here by car from the North, use the M6 Southbound to it’s junction of the M61.  Take the M61 towards Manchester.  At the M61 junction 5, take the A58 towards Wigan to reach the crossing(*) mentioned above.
From the East, take the M62 to it’s junction with the M61, the M61 to junction 5, then follow as above from the North.
From the South, leave the M6 at junction 23, and take the A49 signposted Wigan.  After about 1 mile (1.25K) in Ashton-in-Makerfield, at the traffic lights, turn right onto the A58 and follow this to the crossing(*) mentioned above.

To arrive by train, there is a station at Hindley with a regular service of trains from Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan and Bolton.  From the station it is an easy walk down Ladies Lane toward the town centre.   The Church is just a short walk away along Bridge Street, then Chapel Green Road.
