Our company prides itself on its ability to successfully manage the needs of clients, landlords, tenants and surveyors to ensure a positive end result. Health and Safety is critical on all projects - AMJ provides a full health and safety plan in accordance with Construction, Design and Management (CDM) regulations.

Objective:To carry out full refurbishment to 4 industrial units to high standard within agreed budget and timescales ready for incoming tenant
Key consideration:Critical date for tenant move in required AMJ to manage a phased move in whilst completing the project within the agreed timescales
Project:Full refurbishment of 4 industrial units - including
- re-roofing providing 20 year guarantee
- construction of ramp and repair / renewal of shutter doors and security gate
- levelling and upgrading external areas
- stripping out of redundant systems
- servicing and certification of all gas appliances and electrical systems across all units
- providing high quality finish in all units both external and internal including redecoration, new floor covering
