AMJ Construction has worked on a number of projects with people improving their homes. Project 1
Project: Church Brampton, Northamptonshire
Client: V H
Objective: To design and construct a loft conversion to accommodate 2 double bedrooms and separate bathroom.
Key consideration: Minimise impact on existing living space as young family living in house during works
Project: Convert loft space - including
- design and create plan to meet client requirements and gain building regulation approval
- provide detailed specification / work schedule for clarity and pricing
- coordinate professional team to convert the loft space
- agree design / specification for new elements i.e.: stairs, windows etc
- provide high quality finish
Project 2 - 2011
Objective: To design and construct an extension to the existing kitchen and utility room to provide more practical living/working areas
Key considerations: Maximise use of space, keep impact of work to a minimum and complete works on schedule and to budget
Project: Kitchen Extension - including
- design and create plan to meet client requirements and gain building regulation approval
- provide detailed specification / work schedule for clarity and pricing
- liaise with kitchen designer and agree design and specification with client
- coordinate the construction phase ensuring key milestones are hit to ensure project runs on schedule
- provide high quality finish
