Our executives have a successful track record raising funds for life science companies at all stages of development around the world, including biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies. Transactions include: IPO's, secondary offerings, private placements, PIPE's, registered directs and venture capital.
Over the last 13 years we have built an extensive network of contacts and have excellent long-term relationships with a broad range of institutional healthcare investors across the UK and Europe, including pension funds, asset managers, hedge funds and VC's.
Central to our fundraising activities is the organisation of highly effective investor road shows, an essential element of which is a rigorously prepared investor pitch and presentation. Fundraising programmes are tailored to suit each client and include targeted and pre-qualified one-on-one and group meetings and pilot fishing meetings where required. In addition to identifying the target client, securing appropriate meetings and managing the deal process, Aetia also manage all logistical planning. Post meetings, we provide detailed feedback analysis with our findings and recommendations.
