Mack 7 Year International Warranty
This warranty covers all parts and labor for seven (7) years from date of purchase with the following exclusion:
During the first 90 days, the original seller is responsible, and the seller's limited warranty during that term consists solely of a one time non-DOA guarantee. Dead on Arrival is defined as failing to operate correctly on first use. The seller will replace any DOA lens with a new lens, if the seller is notified by buyer within three days of receipt. Seller will issue buyer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return at buyer's expense. Seller assumes the cost of return shipment to buyer of the replacement lens.
This limited warranty applies only to the lens registered. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories not covered: lens cap, rear caps, filters, or other expenses or consequential damages.
