Terms and Conditions
Final numbers are required two weeks before the event, and cloth and napkin requirements are required three weeks prior to the event. This final number or the actual number served, which ever the greater, will be the number invoiced for.
A list of any vegetarians and/or people with any allergies is required.
Every effort will be made to avoid specific ingredients if people are allergic to them, however due to the nature of kitchens I can not guarantee the dishes will not contain trace elements.
Good access to the service tent is needed to get the refrigerated trailer as close as possible.
I am happy to provide tastings at a nominal fee to cover ingredients and travel, however should you choose to use me to cater for your event you will not be charged for the tasting.
I am happy to cater for bands, photographers etc at a cost, but will need confirmation of this with final numbers.
A deposit of 15% deposit is required to secure the date. With a further 50% two weeks prior to the event. The remainder to be paid seven days after the receipt of the invoice
I am not Vat registered, and do not charge corkage on your wine.
Client Responsibility
To supply heating, power and safe drinking water to the service tent.
Waste disposal.
To provide first aid and fire fighting equipment to the marquee, I will be responsible for first aid to the waiting staff.
To provide a safe and clean environment for us to work in, and trestle tables where necessary.
