Otago Rail Trail
We were an intergenerational family group of 12, ranging in age from 8 to 75 years, our trip arrangements from Bike It Now were excellent and thorough in every way, including good accomodation for a group our size and our "standard" (not e-bikes,our choice) mountain bikes that were very well maintained and set up. A couple of us had previously biked the Roxburgh gorge and Clutha Gold trails (all great rides in their differing ways), with the same excellent service from Bike It Now then too. Amazing
Bike it now were amazing. They were easy to deal with and planned our trip according to what we requested. The service was fantastic, the bikes were reliable, our accomodation was clean and all staff were friendly. We had some fantastic meals in Clyde at the Post Office Cafe and at Lake Roxburgh Lodge. I would highly recommend Bike It Now! to my family and friends. Our bike trip was absolutely fantastic and made all the more special by the fact that everything was so well organised and hassle free. Awesome Rail Trail

Fabulous 3 day bike trip for 15
We had a wonderful three days cycling the Dunstan, Roxburgh Gorge and the Otago Golf. Amazing scenery and terrain. Bike It Now made the whole experience easy. The team was efficient and friendly. Trip of a lifetime. Stunning scenery. Fantastic trails.
We did the Otago Central Rail Trail, Waihola Trail, Clutha Gold Trail, Roxburgh Gorge and Lake Dunstan Trail. Bike IT Now did a brilliant job of putting together an itinerary that linked up multiple trails, allowing us to do several trails in one trip. The thoroughness that went into the planning and pre-briefing was outstanding. It was so easy working with Fletch to get this planned. There was no fluff or froth. Clear, concise and effective. It was great meeting the rest of the team including Lisa, Jeremy, Hunter, Kate, Neil and others too. Everyone was so helpful. Awesome cycle tour and great package from Bike It Now.
We did the 3-day tour for the Otago Rail Trail and it was fantastic. The scenery was incredible and the package put together by Bike It Now was fantastic. The bikes were great and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was quite cool at the end of April but fairly pleasant most of the day (mornings were cold). We went with traditional bikes which was challenging at times. For most people I would recommend an eBike. The 3-day tour is definitely manageable with eBikes and the overall tour is well worth doing for beautiful scenery and some great bridges, viaducts and tunnels along the way.

Definitely worth it
Bike it now, can’t say enough thanks for the amazing tour that was put together for 2 couples and 1 single. Our accommodation was fantastic, food incredible, hospitality was very friendly. Everything went amazing. We have never done a bike tour before, wow, we are hooked. Exceptional experience with Bike it Now!
This trip was amazing. From the moment we arrived at the Bike it Now shop in Clyde we knew that we would be well looked after. I had injured my knee prior to the ride and they were on the ready should I need to be picked up along the way. The accommodation and food was fabulous. Bags were waiting for us at each destination. Great tips were given along the way to guide us to the best coffee and lunch spots. We had a bit of bad weather but was all part of the adventure and we were able to dry clothes along the way. Great trip with Bike It Now
Fletch at Bike it Now in Clyde provided us with great service for our group cycle ride. We started in Cromwell and biked the Lake Dunstan Track, then the Roxburgh Gorge, then the Clutha gold including the extension to Lake Waihola. All of our transfers and bag transfers went very smoothly. Unfortunately, one of our party had an accident and Bike It Now organised transport for her and her husband and their bikes back to Alexandra. The majority of our group were not experienced cyclists but we had the most fantastic time.
From the first enquiry to booking for 6 couples to arriving for bike fitting & Trail accommodation information we had excellent communication & service. Nothing was a problem. Claire looked after us with good old southern humour.
