You (the above writer) is 100% correct! Milgram knows that a federal re-classification of marijuana will mean more adults will use weed, making a lot more kids to be exposed to their parent's second-hand marijuana smoke in their homes that will lead them to become weed smokers themselves by the time they are ten years old. And because kids cannot buy weed legally as their parent's can, the sale of weed by cartel and mob-controlled dealers will only grow to levels we cannot even conceive of today.
Just imagine the overall psychological instability of a entire nation of weed smokers! We will socially descend backwards hundreds of years in time just as nation's like Mexico where weed has been its national culture for thousands of years has never evolved out of Third World status even though Mexico is a direct neighbor of the most technologically advanced country in human history. Because 'El Chapo' Guzman's prison executives believe that El Chapo has masterminded an NSA-proof, unbreakable coding system, they have denied him a prisoner's basic right to have some form of communication with his family members despite this prison's decision subjecting the US government to a charge of violating the 'cruel and unusual' mandate of our Constitution that could result in El Chapo having time shaved off his sentence, or even freed if a court determines the US prison system is too incapable of treating El Chapo humanely.
Are we really so stupid that we cannot determine through an analysis of a prisoners phone calls or texts that a code of some kind has been used to assist the prisoner in escaping his lockup? Conversely, are we really so stupid that we would refuse to allow a prisoner to have a conversation with a family member just so that we can learn if any coded conversation has been used... and decipher that code in order to foil an escape plan?
And worst, are we not only confirming to Mexico and other countries that by allowing us to take custody and imprison one of their citizens we will subject them to Sadistic cruelty.
After all, the only reason why Mexico allowed El Chapo's extradition to the US was because we guaranteed we would not execute him. But surely Mexico's release did not mean that we could inflict harsh punishments short of death.
As DEA Special Agents we who work on the street had to learn the hard way to avoid shooting at drug suspects unless we were shot at first because it was due to our side shooting first that now encourages the other side to shoot first the instant they detect us in their hood.
If we now subject our foreign prisoners to harsh treatment we can only expect that American citizens being held in foreign jails will face similar harshness.

Joe Biden is right to tell Israel to take yesterday's retaliation from Iran for murdering their generals as a "win". After all, the Israeli's drew blood in their attack on an off-limits embassy and Iran's retaliation did very little damage.

War would also greatly increase the cost of gas and make them a lot of money because they have money invested in oil companies. But the damage to an already borderline American economy would be drastic, to say the least.
And, of course, an anti-war movement among our youth would make the Vietnam War anti-war movement look like a festival. American youth are smarter from the Vietnam War. Most will not want to give their lives because Israel wants to rule the Middle East, and particularly not give their lives for a racist country like Israel who would love nothing more than take control of Iran's oil through American oil companies. Our country would have to re-start the Draft, one in which American boys would demand equality and fairness that females be drafted too.
Joe Biden is right to tell Israel that our country will not help them retaliate against Iran's retaliation that Israel provoked. But if Israel does militarily retaliate, Biden should go further by telling Israel that the US will not help defend Israel in a war that Israel caused to happen.
The Iranians were very generous by giving Israel two weeks to prepare for their retaliation. Israel would be utterly stupid to think that its success in warding off Iran's air retaliation was so successful it could prevent a larger and longer air retaliation.

I wasn't even born when the DEA was created. And it wasn't until I finished college that I decided to consider law enforcement as a career. My parents thought it would best for me to go to law school and become a prosecutor, but law school was not for me. I am a street person and not an office person... I'd much rather look at a tree than at an air conditioner.
My parents weren't exactly racists but they held racist beliefs. They chose not to be like some of our neighbors in our all-white community who had a maximum of one black friend that they would occasionally invite to their homes to prove that they were not hostile racists, but instead had a lot of black friends who came to our house a lot. Still, both my mom and dad could never completely shake their childhood training to distrust black people because their parents, like most whites over the history of our country, were taught by their parents to believe that all black people were inherently dishonest in some form or fashion.
Yesterday when the news broke reporting that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas hired a relative to be a clerk in his court my Dad phoned to say that Thomas proved that no matter how much money, stature, respect or social status "we white people" give a black person, they will still be dishonest and steal, cheat or rob.
Being hired as a Clerk for the Supreme Court instantly guarantees SC clerks a half-million dollar bonus when they leave the court to serve for a private law firm. How many of us get that kind of guarantee when we change jobs? Being a Clerk for the SC also means that your next job will probably be that of a federal judge. How many of us can leave DEA as an S/A and instantly go to another federal agency as a SAC?
I don't regard myself as racist, but I do think it's a good idea to have at least one male and one female black on the SC so that, for no other reason, no black citizen in our country can complain that their voice isn't among the highest decision-makers in our country.
But if I had my druthers I would prefer the former Black Panther sympathizer, Angela Davis, to be on the SC instead of Clarence Thomas.
I say this not because I think Davis would be more sympathetic to black concerns and because she might be more challenging to laws that provide law enforcement greater latitude, but because Davis is irrefutably, 100% honest... whereas Thomas is irrefutably, 100% a crook.

Today Senator Mitt Romney, along with other Senators, sent a letter to our Administrator expressing their concern that Ms. Milgram may be buckling to political-driven pressure to de-regulate (re-schedule) a dangerous street narcotic (marijuana) that has in the past and continues to prove itself a chemical that leads to aberrant, unsocial and anti-social behavior, while providing an incentive for users to move to other drugs to achieve even more toxic and destructive stimulation.
I join with many other SAC's who strongly oppose political desires to 'buy' votes by using marijuana rescheduling to obtain those votes.
Marijuana is a dangerous drug. It has zero medical curative effects. As many people have said in the past: "If marijuana truly had medical benefits there would be no sick people in Mexico who are illegally coming across our border to utilize our County emergency rooms for non-emergency treatment."
We need to keep our heads and apply common sense, not political pressure, to keep marijuana in its current schedule status.

Dear Administrator Milgram,
As members of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, we write to underscore the Drug Enforcement Administrations (DEA) duty under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) to ensure compliance with the United States treaty obligations under the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (Single Convention). Any effort to reschedule marijuana must be based on proven facts and scientific evidence not the favored policy of a particular administration and account for our treaty obligations.
In 1967, the Senate ratified the Single Convention by a vote of 84-0. As a party to the Single Convention, the United States must impose certain controls on the drugs covered by the treaty, one of which is marijuana. The CSA implements those treaty obligations in U.S. domestic law, and section 811(d) requires the Attorney General to place marijuana in the schedule that he or she deems most appropriate to carry out the United States obligations under the Single Convention.
Marijuana is controlled under the Single Convention which is not surprising given its known dangers and health risks and the United Nations International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) has fiercely criticized efforts to legalize marijuana in other countries as a violation of the treaty. Just last month, researchers found that daily marijuana use is associated with a 25% increase in the risk of heart attack and a 42% increase in the risk of stroke. Other studies have linked marijuana use with serious psychotic consequences, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
In prior rescheduling proceedings, the DEA has determined that section 811(d) requires it to classify marijuana as a schedule I or II drug in order to comply with our treaty obligations under the Single Convention. It is important that the DEA continues to follow the law and abide by our treaty commitments. Accordingly, we request a response to the following questions by April 12, 2024:
In 2016, the DEA under the Obama Administration declined to remove marijuana from schedule I and acknowledged the limitations of rescheduling marijuana under section 811(d) of the CSA and the Single Convention, concluding that in accordance with section 811(d)(1), DEA must place marijuana in either schedule I or schedule II
Does the DEA still hold the position that marijuana must be a schedule I or II drug to comply with section 811(d) and the United States treaty obligations? If not, why has the DEA changed its position?
The United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has also stated that several requirements imposed by the Single Convention would not be met if cannabis and cannabis resin were placed in CSA schedule III, IV or V.
Does the DEA believe the United States obligations under the Single Convention can be met if marijuana is placed in schedule III, even though the D.C. Circuit stated otherwise?

It is now reasonably official... the collective efforts of our government and civilian anti-drug programs have, as of 2023, recovered approximately 0.007% of the illegal drugs that are on our streets. The stats also show that the US Coast Guard is the largest illegal drug reclaimer, and the DEA-sponsored annual 'Take-Back Day' program accounts for a sizable number of that 0.007%.
We may have to one day alter our 'Take-Back Day' op to become an Every Day effort by creating a way to pay people for returning their old or unused prescription drugs in order to get a lot more of them off the street.
We could easily develop a modifiable payment of 10% the value of any particular drug. For example, if a single Viagra pill has a daily-average retail value of $3.00, we can pay out 30 cents to recover that pill. Of course, we can register (photograph in the case of homeless people) the pill returnee in case we need to contact them for any reason.
Paying people 10% of the street value of marijauna, fentanyl, cocaine, etc., would get a lot of kids to turn in their parent's stash.

Kat Berger over at HSI is seeking to put her agency, HSI, on the map with a pin above FBI, DEA, ATF, etc.
Berger has selected a black rap artist enjoying a kingly lifestyle to cast in the mode of a notorious criminal-bent O.J. Simpson Jr., but having more money and more white girls chasing him.
According to some, Berger is asking that any S/A in any agency with dirt on Sean "Diddy" Combs to contact her office with your info. After years of stalling and wavering while profiting from donations to advance research in adapting animal organs to replace failing human organs, the science under development to grow pig kidneys to replace human kidneys took a big leap forward today. When ultimately successful, as it will eventually be, other animal organs, hearts, livers, spleens, etc., will also be developed to prolong the lives of valuable humans.
Research of this type naturally takes time to develop simply because the rate of human healing takes time. However, this particular research, like many other extremely essential medical advancements, takes far more time because the scientists and companies doing the research have a more important reason for prolonging them... personal profit, i.e., keep the research projects going endlessly to pay the salaries of scientists and staff, etc.
The longer a scientist can milk his or her research foundation for their salary, the longer it will take the scientist to complete their project and goal to a successful conclusion that releases the fruits of their research to a benefitting public in need of that successful research.
Today's public announcement that a research company, after only three days of surgery, has tentatively succeeded in transplanting a specially grown pig kidney into a human adult was not because this surgical procedure was successful so far, because other identical surgeries have been performed over the last three years with moderating success. Today's announcement was made solely because the scientists and the research company involved in the experiment are hoping that general public release of this surgical news will inspire many Americans to donate money (i.e., invest) in the company's future research.
You may now be asking yourself, 'well what does this medical research have to do with peace in the Middle East'? Glad you asked that question.
For hundreds of years Jewish scientists have led virtually every field of medical research because it is wealthy Jews who have contributed billions of dollars to medical research. The research company developing pig kidneys for human transplant now need to look elsewhere for research money. All time-required studies and research must be limited only to the natural slowness of human tissue to accept and utilize foreign matter that will prolong the life of the human.
Of course, should President Biden unilaterally declare a two-state solution that will put an end to the Israeli aggression into Palestine that is transplanting that population away from high-profit, beach-front land for Israeli settlements (real-estate development), his decision will, of course, free up millions -- if not billions -- of American dollars that can go back to projects such as organ-doning research that benefits human life rather than weapons and industries that end human life... in order to steal land.

Some are saying in this building that Judge Eileen Cannon, who is basically pro-Trump, is strategizing for either her forced removal by a higher authority, or a forced recusal on her part... which in either case she will maneuver to happen before an actual trial occurs, and as close as possible to a trial actually starting, which she knows will require a long delay in the reassignment of a new judge who will then need even more time to review all previous matters held under Cannon... and thereby be unable to hold a trial until after the election.

Every time Israel has invaded a neighboring country to kill as many non-Jews its missiles, planes and soldiers could target, non-hostile embassies, personnel, structures and ships of other nations have also been destroyed by Israel who first denies it was responsible for the malicious destruction, then issues a fleeting apology while also blaming the target for being in Israel's 'line of fire'.

But under pressure for initially giving Israel a green light to wreak havoc on innocent Gazans, Biden was forced to provide aid to the starving and injured Gazans that were herded into a 'Warsaw Ghetto' for extermination by today's present-day Nazis, the IDF. Stage One was to air-drop food and supplies to Gazans from aircraft. Fortunately, Israel did not shoot at any of our American aircraft. Stage Two will be to build a port on a Gazan shore so that American ships can offload larger amounts of supplies to Gaza that Israel refuses to allow to enter Gaza through the Egyptian border because Israel and it's present-day Adolf Eichmann (Benjamin Netanyahu) want to starve-to-death every Palestinian possible.
When Stage Two proves successful after establishing a physical US military presence on the shore of Gaza, but hopefully not compelled to defend US forces from a belligerent Israeli attack, we can only hope that Joe Biden will go one step further to Stage Three where he lets Israel know that the US will formally recognize both Gaza and the West Bank as independent nations, and therefore become eligible for American aid. No doubt a condition of that US declaration will require that all Israel's in Hamas custody will be released to Israel.
A US declaration of the State of Palestine should forever end Israel's aggressions toward the Palestinians ruled to be Israeli citizens by the United Nations in 1947 but have since that time been viewed by too many Israelis as an inferior species that should be expelled or exterminated.

It is common for major corporations to increase their prices during an election year because they want a fast, large infusion of cash to use for bribing and influencing politicians running for office.
But this year the insurance industry has gone way overboard. Home, personal and auto insurance fees are doubling, and in some cases, going even higher.
Two months ago President Biden railed against corporate greed and gouging, but it looks like the nation's insurance companies are telling Biden to go pound sand.
The insurance industry says they need these huge increases because their costs to pay out damages has gone up. But when insurance rates go beyond affordable people stop paying insurance premiums, which in turn causes people and businesses to go without insurance, which in turn causes tremendous economic strife across the entire spectrum when people who are unable to live or work because their home, auto or workplace goes under from not being able to replace.
Some state and federal action to prevent an insurance industry-caused economic catastrophe had better be coming or our country will, in short time when premiums cannot afford to be paid, result in a serious economic era of Depression.
People stop buying when gas prices go up. Jobs are lost and businesses go under. People will be able to buy even less as insurance companies greedily grab money out of people's incomes... and businesses that do pay higher insurance cost will have to raise their prices even higher. This is not a severe recession in the making. It is a severe Depression in the making... just in time for elections that insurance executives want to buy using money forced out of your wages...

I had just come home from work to turn on MSNBC. Being interviewed was Malcolm Trumball, the former PM of Australia. The above has been a major problem ever since the first prosecutor brought the first criminal case to an American court the day after our Independence was declared.
If we in LE were to disclose details about criminal or ethical conduct by a prosecutor there wouldn't be more than a half dozen prosecutors left working in the entire country. Prosecutors and judges have routinely crossed the line for over 200 years.
Take this case for example... Clarence and Ginny are lying in bed watching TV on the night of Jan 5th, 2021. Clarence casually asks Ginny what will she be doing tomorrow. Ginny replies she will be at her salon getting her nails done. The next night, the 6th, Clarence and Ginny are back in bed and Clarence asks Ginny, 'What did you do today, babe?' Ginny replies, 'I got the car washed and did some laundry.'
No one in their right mind would believe the relationship between Justice Thomas and his wife is that pedestrian, especially not after the news reported that Ginny was heavily involved in the Jan 6th activities to keep Trump in office. Nor after Ginny testified under oath that she and her husband never discussed her extreme right-wing political beliefs and activities that drove her to support a violent effort to keep a man in the WH who completely believes that he is above our Constitution... and has embraced psychopaths who seriously consider him the Second Coming of Christ.
But that is the story one of Thomas' young relatives related to this writer. I have known the young 'Thomas' youth for several years after I rousted the kid and several of his friends smoking weed. I did not arrest them simply because doing so would have caused a major scandal with Justice Thomas' name in every newspaper as having a drug-using relative. For my own sake, I decided that I did not want my life ruined by being the S/A who busted the kid. Nor did I want to be exposed to any nuts who would blame me for causing dirt thrown on Justice Thomas' name.
It was the kid, whom I have been friends with since that night who told me that the lines spoken above by Clarence and Ginny were satirically spoken in jest at a recent family gathering. But on a serious note during that gathering both of the Thomas' acknowledged that Justice Thomas could never recuse himself from participating in any ruling by the court simply because to recuse himself would be taken by many as an admission of guilt on his part that he knew for a fact that his wife was as guilty as many of the defendants charged for obstructing a congressional hearing that is required by our Constitution.
'No one', the kid told me, should expect his (D/W redacted) 'to recuse himself, and at the same time expose the wife he is devoted to, to possible criminal charges.'
The kid also said the family was fully aware that the only reason why Ginnie was never charged with a Jan 6th crime was because no prosecutor wanted to jeopardize other and future cases presided over by judges who liked Justice Thomas. That is, a large swath of judges across our country could cause severe harm to the process of justice in our country if one of their own, whose high position they revere more than respect, was taken down for being a liar and having a wife who was an even bigger liar.
I realize that we need local D.A.'s to prosecute some of our drug cases, making it tough for any of us to criticize a D.A. without him or her deciding against us and for the criminal simply because they are mad at us for criticizing them.
But I think the matter of the D.A. in Fulton County, GA (where we don't have a lot of cases) only demonstrates and proves that some D.A.'s are not operating for the public good... they are only operating in their own best interest.
I specifically mention Fani Willis in GA because someone in our agency wrote on DEA Watch a little more than two years ago that she was "slow-walking" a prosecution against Donald Trump even though she already had months of prosecutable evidence against him, and particularly the record of the case-concluding phone conversation Trump had with a GA election official asking that official to "find me 11,000 votes."
We now know -- from the timeline released in the current Trump filing in GA to have Willis and her office removed from prosecuting Trump for voter crimes -- that the reason why Willis delayed so long to officially file her case was because she was pre-planning to bring a man she was chasing into her office to work with her.
Court records show that Willis had designs on the married man she wanted back in 2021, but did not file her case against Trump until late 2022... clearly showing that Willis was stalling solely for the purpose of waiting until she could secure the position of Special Prosecutor for a man she wanted to file for divorce and be free to devote all of his time to her and her case against Trump.
This is just one example in which a prosecutor is using their office for personal gain.
Because the criminal complaint against Trump is rock-solid, the judge over-seeing the Willis and Trump matters should remove Willis and her lover from the Trump prosecution case but allow someone else in Willis' office to proceed with Trump's prosecution.

What we need is to have all of the criminals taken out of our society and to send them to a place where the only harm that could come to them is the harm they do to themselves. And every product or service the prison population produces on that island must be for the sole use of that population... the permanently incarcerated on the island we ship them to cannot be allowed to manufacture license plates for New York, or tennis rackets for Florida, or candles for Alaska.
Realistically, there is one island large enough to send every hardcore convict where they can't escape from. That island is Santa Catalina off the coast of California.
Our government should deem the entire island of Catalina as imminent domain and transplant all of the citizens now living on Catalina to somewhere else. After the citizens are gone we should immediately begin transporting our most serious felons -- those with lifetime and death sentences -- to Catalina where they can make a life for themselves with every freedom except ever leaving that island.
And the only two things we need to do to police that prison island are Coast Guard cutters patrolling around Catalina to prevent any boat the inhabitants might build to try to escape, and periodically send in an assassination team to liquidate any convict who crowns himself the 'King of Catalina'... we must not allow any strongman to dominate the island.
With all of our most serious de-citizens sent to Catalina Prison Island, and the threat of ending up there hanging over the heads of every wannabe crook in our country, our society will become self-healing within a decade... if not in far less time.

In the first Century of English, then European, colonization of our country the favored discipline for anti-socials was banishment.

When I was in college I read a study that said the most virulently racist white people in America are white families who immigrated to our country after the Civil War. The study said that these white people hated black Americans the most because their not being able to speak fluent English gave them a tough time competing with black Americans for jobs, particularly during the early Industrial Era when English-fluent labor was a critical imperative to the new corporations, many of whom continue to this day, found it easier and faster to train former black slaves how to run machinery than having to first teach Irish, Spanish, German and Italian immigrants to learn how to speak the English they needed to comprehend so that they could better carry out machine-operating instructions.
Despite eventual labor processes like Henry Ford's hand-motion assembly line creation to utilize workers without having to first teach them English, these new white immigrants arriving enmasse during the auto, train, aircraft, coal and other industrial revolutions that were being developed felt that even with their language handicaps they were more entitled to jobs that blacks held. This group became the most violent assailants of blacks and organized in hate mobs and conspiracies to chase blacks from their homes so that the jobs blacks held would then be open for white immigrants to fill.
The study said that the whites who most feared blacks were the whites who, right after the Civil War, joined wagon trains from the Southern states to flee to places like Oregon, Wyoming and the Dakotas where there were no blacks. These whites feared blacks because they and their families had committed decades, if not centuries, of savage abuse against black slaves and were deathly afraid the freed slaves would seek revenge against them.
Bottomline, there are a lot of whites in our country who have distant black relatives they know nothing about because their family members who knew the truth took their 'dirty laundry' secrets to their graves with them. It would be a shocker for a white cop today to find out that the black motorist he just shot for having a broken tail light was actually his Great-great-great cousin.
If DNA was discovered even as little as a hundred years ago property ownership, wealth and race relations in our country would be very different today. If DNA had been discovered in 1865, the year the Civil War ended and the black children of white slaveowners could be proven, there probably would not be a race problem in our country today... African-American History Month is very appropriate even though many facts about black history in our country continues to be suppressed by black-hating whites who don't want their current children and future white descendants to know truths that were taboo to talk about even during the 400 years (which is 20 generations) of black Slavery in our country. You have to look very hard and wide throughout our country to find a black American whose ancestors came to our country as slaves, and still have the same deep-dark skin color as their ancestors.
The skin color of virtually EVERY black American in our country today who descended from Slavery clearly shows they also have white ancestors. The rape of black slaves in America is quite probably the single, greatest inhuman crime of our national history because rape of blacks was licensed as legal... slaveowners were given the right, under written law, to do anything they wanted with their slaves. We even have American presidents who raped their black slaves.
For many blacks, sex meant their survival. A race of people whose continued existence depended on their usefulness for sex would all but certainly define the way they looked at life, and their future.
And something else to be noted because an earlier writer mentioned the Civil Right Act of 1965. Social Security data has confirmed that white private business owners hired 340% more young black females (aged 18-30) in the five years between 1965 and 1970 than they hired black males (age 18-30). Hmmmm... I wonder why?
My agency first opened the door to limited black employment in 1961 when Robert F. Kennedy became Attorney General. But wider black employment in DOJ did not start until the early 1970's. The DEA (under a different name) was originally property of Treasury which frowned on hiring blacks. It was also not until the early 1970's that DEA was required to have more than a token number of black workers. The whites in DEA still fought tooth and nail to limit black employment and had to be repeatedly dragged into court to answer to its racist limitations.

It was three years ago when I first asked DEA Watch to publish my complaint about Fani 'Fatti' Willis and her slowness and sluggishness in filing an action against Donald Trump whom the entire world heard with their own ears his words to a Georgia election official asking that official to "find me 11,000 votes"... words that made for an instant and immediate prosecution under no less than a half-dozen state and federal election-violation laws.
Now we all know why it took Fatti over two years to file a case against Trump... she was busy cultivating a romantic relationship with a married man whom she wanted to work close with inside her office.
Understandably, Donald Trump would find and use ANY gimmick he could to discredit one of his prosecutors. If he could have filed a complaint based on Willis' driving habits he would have... but he chose Willis' sex life... and Willis, being a typical lying, sneaking, cheating black woman, was primed for attack.
The black culture in America has been all about sex since the first naked black slave arrived in our country. Black slaves were used for expendable labor, but they were also desired by their slavemasters for sex.
The black so-called 'Motown music' of the 1960's, which is all about black sex... black men and women perpetually competing with each other over romance... cemented their black culture's total obsession with sex, to the point that it is sex (now complimented by libido-stimulating street drugs) that has kept black people in their sub-level social status long past the 1965 Civil Rights Act that allowed tens of thousands of black women to escape their slave-originated breeding culture that would reduce their number of kids and elevate their lifestyles. Young black boys are still raised by their crime-instigating black mothers to devote their lives to stealing for Mama. 99% of the black males in our country have no black male-adult role model... with the exception of brainless black movie stars and even less intelligent black sports figures... most of whom cannot get through their lifetime without some sordid, public sexual or drug-related scandal.
Fatti Willis is a very educated black female, but to her core she is nothing more than a stupid home-girl with an emotionally, sex-driven, High School-level psychology that has proven itself to be self destructive, and which may prove to derail one of the most important prosecutions in American history... one that caught a President of the United States openly initiating a conspiracy to overturn an election.

Fred Trump was given a pass only because Fred's dislike for certain groups of people was directed primarily at black Americans, something that just about every white male of Fred's age grew up with and shared.
But no one in 1971 would have imagined that Fred's son, Donald, would grow up to fall back on his father's fascination for authoritarian dictators and a passionate dislike for the American Constitution that allowed black Americans to rise above the low-level jobs assigned to them by a fellow racist American named Woodrow Wilson. In Wilson's America, black people after 1913 were never supposed to be anything other than maids, butlers, porters, janitors and trash collectors. But when blacks were freed from that level of employment by Lyndon Johnson, American corporate greed for cheap labor re-assigned those jobs to illegal immigrants... giving us the race and social problems we have today because so many American's, like Fred Trump, still believe Woodrow Wilson and Adolph Hitler got it right.
But even Fred Trump would be angered that his son, instead of turning the clock back to pre-1965 by migrating blacks back to permanent entry-level employment jobs is blocking immigration in Congress that would almost immediately end illegal immigration and the social ills it provokes... in particular the illegal drugs being made available to white Americans.
There were always quieted rumors that one or more of Woodrow Wilson's black servants in the WH slipped him several mickey's causing his eventually fatal demise. But nothing was ever proven. However, the point is Wilson died a bad death as did Hitler, and as do just about every other tyrant. What boggles the mind today is why none of Donald's children are educating him about the certain destruction of dictators... and the suffering rightly due their families who prospered by their parent's abuses of power.
Both of Donald's adult sons are demonstrably lacking in brain cells, but Trump's daughter seems to have all of her synapses firing in normal order. So it is surprising that she isn't leading the crusade to reel in her Hitler and Putin-loving dad to prevent a most certain outcome.
As someone said earlier, all it takes is for a Russian drone or bullet to harm or kill the child or spouse of a person in our country or in one of our Allied countries who has the financial, military or influence-capability to return the favor directly to Trump (or any person) believed to hold the blame.
If Trump does return the WH the Secret Service will have to immediately make two changes. 1) Quadrupling its manpower. And 2) Ensuring that every SS operative is religiously devoted to the new version of a two-syllable political ideology that was formerly "NAZI"... MAGA.

I agree. I first watched "To The Ends of the Earth" when I was fourteen. Very impressed with it. However, there is one significant major difference between drug cases back in 1948 when this movie was made and today.
Back in 1948 you would have to work extremely hard to find even one anti-narcotics fed who wasn't 100% honest. Today I would bet that approx as much as forty-percent of the people with a badge that are supposed to be fighting drugs are actually working for a dealer or a cartel. Added to that fact are too many who aren't dishonest but are extremely incompetent... which is why a drug problem not only remains but is growing.
And it will continue to get worse as we hire more and more people with more than a single, casual drug use history. We might as well be pinning Gold Badges on former addicts.

Friday Morning Think Piece: "Predicting America's Political Future: From the 14th to the 22nd... ":
If the upcoming decision by the Robert's Supreme Court repeats it's practice of abrogating past precedent or re-interpreting the purpose and intent of previous law by opinionizing or weasel-wording a legalistic excuse to nullify the tenets of the 14th Amendment, allowing Donald Trump's insurrectionist plan and behaviour to be voided, our nation can count on the Presidential election of 2028 to suffer from the same redefining should Donald Trump somehow win the election this year and return to the White House.
We can be assured that in 2028 Donald Trump will seek to re-interpret the 22nd Amendment, will prevents a President being "elected" for a third term. The word "elected" is operant here because Donald Trump, who's brain works solely in his self-interest, will falsely claim that because his two presidencies were not consecutive, the Constitution allows him to seek a second 'consecutive' term.
That argument will be shot down by everyone but the Supreme Court if its current makeup exists in 2028. However, Trump will have a fall-back plan...
Trump's fall-back plan will simply be to fully support his Vice President, whomever that person may be, to seek the presidency in 2028 on the condition that he, Trump, be selected as that candidate's VP. Then, if Trump's former VP becomes President that person will shortly thereafter resign the presidency... allowing the current VP, Trump, to ascend to the presidency.
Because the 22nd Amendment specifically states that no president who has completed two full terms can be "elected" -- there's that word again -- after completing a second term in office, the 22nd will not apply to a former two-term president who is currently serving as Vice President because the Constitution also states that it is the VP who immediately ascends to President due to a resignation... or death... of the 'elected' President.
Under this scenario Donald Trump can repeatedly become president again and again simply by gaining election as VP, them acquiring Presidential title when his conspiratorial co-candidate who was elected President resigns so that Trump can, again, become President...

Our President had to send a military response to the recent drone attack that killed three Army personnel. But it was a very wise decision on the part of Sloe Joe Biden not to strike any targets inside Iran despite pressures from Israel, influential Jews serving in our govt, and the crazy Trump nuts who crave destruction.
Biden says that the reason why he won't strike inside Iranian territory is because he doesn't want "a wider war in the Middle East". But that is a lie. The true reason why Biden wisely decided not to strike inside Iran is because there are many people inside and outside our country who will retaliate by striking targets INSIDE the US!
And the last thing Biden wants, especially during a Presidential election, is for American streets to be lit up by "terrorist" attacks should innocent Iranians be killed by American bombs the way Biden has approved Israel using American bombs to slaughter thousands of Palestinians in Gaza. Our hospitals could not cope with such devastation in the US, let alone the psycho and racist forces that would unleash in every American city.
It has been twenty years since our country, led by a wack-job named George W. Bush, illegally attacked Iraq which had nothing to do with 9/11. Yet, our country is still in Iraq and American service personnel are still dying and at risk in Iraq where we have accomplished nothing but tripled the cost of oil.
Our country needs to stop thinking that we can bomb non-white country's 'back to the stone age' because we can't... and at least not without killing many Americans and opening the door for greedy corporations to get richer off the chaos.
Lastly, DOD needs to reign in their retired cheerleader generals like Barry McCaffrey who regularly appear on TV to lie to us about how great and successful our military is, and how smart our active-duty generals are. We have more generals being frocked for sexual and morale abuse than we have generals who are winning combat engagements. And we need to remember that our military isn't as great as all the talking heads on TV claim we are, because if our military was as great as they say we wouldn't have a single military challenge anywhere on the planet... let alone the constant wars and problems we've had since Bush attacked Iraq.
Attacking Iran would be the stupidest, dumbest thing we can do. If we want our enemies to stop killing our soldiers we need to stop financing Israel's killing of Palestinians.
Biden could have prevented the recent drone attack if he had simply recognized Palestine as a separate state when he took office in 2021. Their continual baby-making is bad enough, but their continuing to be lured into our country by greedy business owners and Chambers of Commerce organizations seeking cheap labor have made their numbers swell even more. On top of that, one out of ten illegal immigrants enters our country carrying illegal drugs they hope to sell to pay for their living expenses until they can get jobs.
It is wrong to believe that Hispanics will add to voting rolls either for Democrats or Republicans because it takes about 10 years for an illegal immigrant to gain the right to vote, with many more never seeking US citizenship to be able to vote.
The illegal immigration problem won't be solved until we have a President who will not only order strong, punitive measures against businesses and homeowners who employ undocumented aliens, but also strongly penalize US citizens who harbor undocumented aliens.
As for Hispanics, they are neither loyal to Democrats or Republicans. They will simply support the candidate they feel will do more to allow more illegal immigration of their relatives waiting at the border, as well as provide more public services for their never-ending children whom they seem unwilling to limit production of.

It was during that time when our productivity was at it's lowest. Constantine allowed Districts to steal stats from other agencies, while at the same time prohibiting Districts from issuing their own press releases on morale-building arrests and seizures. That double whammy instigated Districts to question why they should bother doing any actual work if they can more easily claim stats from another agency's work. And being forced to only allow Constantine himself to speak for our agency, there was little incentive to work.
And if this is happening again, shame on Biden for hiring an Administrator with no corporate history of our worst errors.
Our Administrator is approving press releases that claims our agency has reeled in more fentanyl than other drug-war agencies.

Yesterday I wrote that, "Word on the street says the dictators of China and Russia are assigning special agents to protect Donald Trump so that if he is elected he survives to take office. The nature of their 'protective' efforts are 'not filed' at this time. But these 'agents' are said to be working for the present in countries outside the US."
I seem to have confused some of my associates who misinterpreted my words to mean that Chinese and Russian agents would be working alongside US Secret Service agents to protect Trump. I meant nothing of the kind.
Russian and Chinese protection will be in the form of seeking out assassination conspiracies and threats against Trump outside of the US in US-allied countries that have resources inside the US to carry out the threat.
These agents will also be coordinating pre-US election ops to infiltrate and sabotage Trump's competition. They will do such things as threatening or using violence against election and DNC personnel to reduce their productivity, organize anti-Biden propaganda, fund pro-Trump members of the House, Senate and state officials/workers, and nothing short of anything and everything to ensure Trump's victory in November should Trump's supporters on the US Supreme Court allow Trump's name to appear on the ballots of every state.
If elected back to the WH Trump will have the power to nullify all sanctions against Russian companies and officials, as well as reduce if not remove major tariffs against Chinese companies for the purpose of causing fatal harm to US companies that failed to throw their full support to Trump prior to November.

Our Civil War never ended even though over 600,000 white men died because our Founding Fathers, mostly slaveowners, refused to deal with our skin color issue in 1776.
Woodrow Wilson attempted to resolve the race issue in 1913 with his Executive Order permanently assigning all black workers in the US to second-class citizenship. That order prohibited any black from holding a position of management, thereby reducing black workers to jobs akin to paid slaves. Until Lyndon Johnson erased some of Woodrow Wilson's proclamation on blacks with the Civil Rights Act of 1965, our country did not have an illegal immigration problem. Wilson's Proclamation was simple... black and brown immigration is to be limited to a bare minimum, if not prevented altogether, and white immigrants are to be assimilated and elevated above blacks and browns.
White America enjoyed Wilson's Proclamation for over fifty years because until Lyndon Johnson came along white Americans didn't have to compete with people of color for jobs, college seats, or any of the other residual "white privileges" slowly evaporating.
But because the Civil Rights Act of 1965 demanded whites now have to compete with people of color, the service jobs that blacks were restricted to in our country needed to be replaced by others, of which brown people who's native language was not English, were called upon to fill. Thus began our border problem.
The demand by white Americans and their Chambers of Commerce's for cheap labor, first accomplished through slavery and later accomplished through second-hand citizenship status, continues to this day.
The white MAGA movement in our Congress would like to end our border problem simply by restoring the Wilson Proclamation... which is to re-designate black Americans back to second-class, low-wage, menial employment citizenship and thereby having no need for foreign brown laborers entering the US from South of or outside our borders... an approach that would resolve both our illegal immigration problem as well as restoring white supremacy to our culture. The problem is how to best and quickly achieve that goal.
A restored Trump presidency would get that ball rolling...
Just imagine our federal offices returning to what they were prior to 1965... white Americans performing all of the real jobs, black Americans performing all of the janitorial jobs, and Hispanics would be absent because there would be no place for them to work... therefore no point in them trying to enter our country...

I agree. Anyone holding the self-delusional belief that "Trump won't go after me because I'm white" need to remember that Trump has stated many times that when he returns to the WH he will have former Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley "tried for treason and executed". The last time I checked, Milley... and all the others Trump plans to seek revenge upon for not placing Trump on an alter, are white.

Not entirely accurate. In fact, it was the Japanese who discovered the North American continent, and not the Chinese. DNA studies confirm that Native (north) Americans and South Americans possess Japanese DNA, a derivative of Chinese DNA.
It is only true that China first colonized the empty Japanese islands, but after a vicious war the Japanese severed China's Imperial control over Japan. The Chinese then turning away from Western migration and conquest under the pre-cursors of the Khan's and that dynasty, expanded North, South and East, failing only upon reaching Western Germany
Generations later under the Mao Dynasty when Communism became the politics of choice in China, our country prevented the Chinese from claiming the Taiwan Islands for the past seven decades, and only slowed Chinese control in Korea and Vietnam. But if Trump re-takes the WH Taiwan will most assuredly be handed back to China, then China will again turn its focus on its continental neighbors with the hope that Trump will also enable Xi to also succeed in Japan. Next will fall the other 'colonies' established in ancient times by Japan, such as the Philippines.
England is too militarily weak to defend Australia where ancient Japanese also colonized eons ago. England will have to grant Trump anything he demands if England wants US help in preventing Chinese demands for Australia. This, of course, means NATO collapses and Russia becomes the dominant power on the European continent.
Trump re-taking the WH in January, 2025 will begin a complete reversal of all that was accomplished during WW2. And it will end the 250 year-old American democracy experiment... which will cascade into a complete dissolution of democracy globally and the deaths of millions... making the dead count of WW2 look tiny in comparison. And those Trump supporters who foolishly think, as many Germans, Italians and Japanese in our recent era thought that their dictators would spare them, will be sadly mistaken. And when that time comes people won't be seeking drugs to escape life for pleasure. They will seek drugs to escape life by suicide.

Conversation is there are a dozen free-world countries that have determined that Trump poses such an extreme threat to global peace that his never returning to the WH is highly desirable. Xi and Putin are aware of this and plan to work harder than the US Secret Service to protect Trump. China has always felt that the North and South American continent belongs to China since it was the Chinese who first discovered 'America' some 25,000 years ago before the last Ice Age when low water levels made island-hopping across the Pacific a walk in the park.
Putin merely wants to dominate all of Europe west of China and the US stands in the way of that desire. Getting everything north and south of the US would initially please China who would let Trump keep the 48 continental states until he dies. Then the Chinese would take that too.
Meanwhile the bulk of the American people are concerned more with cheaper movie streaming pricing...
