This consultancy incorporates all stages of any project from the moment an investor expresses interest in a project until a return on this investment is realised, and includes co-ordination of all phases throughout.

AIC obtains from investors their investment requirements and endeavours to find suitable development projects for them. Preliminary Feasibility Studies for each project are made available to each investor to conform with his special requirements, if any.

Once an acceptable project is found for the investor AIC will continue carrying out the services for all phases of the development through to completion and disposal and/or management of the property. Assistance is also provided in locating suitable sources of finance for projects, if required, as well as in choosing the best investment company structures to maximise the investor's returns.

1. Identification and co-ordination of acquisition of development opportunities to include advice on suitability of investments and preparation of preliminary feasibility studies.
2. Recommendation on appointment and co-ordination of Development Teams, including:
   • Commercial Feasibility Consultants
   • Legal and Financial Consultants
   • Design Consultants and Contractors/Construction Managers
3. Co-ordination of disposal or management structure as appropriate
4. Identification of Financing Sources
5. Advice and assistance in the formation of companies
