As tomorrow is June 1st I know some officially are in Summer and some are in Winter. Do you have any upcoming plans during this season?

My main one is limited by cosmology. Summertime you main target the wealth of galaxies. Wintertime, you switch over to nebula. So, being in Texas, it's galaxy time currently if weather allows.
Our RV'ing we do Spring/Summer/Fall unless going to a dark site, then all seasons are fair game. Right now we have 3 2 week RV outings planned, 1 to a dark site and the other two to state parks (Blanco and Garner).

It'll be summer here and I don't look forward to the 100+ degree weather like last year. I don't really have any plans, maybe find some new ways to make money since I'm overall pretty broke and can't do much outside of the house because of it.

I'm trying to continue with my goal of hiking at the park 15 miles a week. It's going to get hard once the weather gets warmer and muggier so I might have to drop the goal until the fall.

As for other things, we just got a new grill so we're excited to grill more now. I planted my garden and hopefully by July I'll have veggies to throw on the grill!

There is a convention we're thinking of attending and it's not that far from home, which is reall convenient.

Ice Cream. That's a great summer goal and we have tons of little shops that make their own ice cream from the cows on their farms! It's the absolute best stuff.

I really want to work in my garden

I really need to pay someone to do some garden work and lay down new grass mats around the children's playground.

I plan on staying inside as much as possible, it's summertime here and I work in a hot factory so I'll have to deal with the heat for over 10 hours, four days a week. If I do go outside, it'll be for only a little bit until it starts to cool off again. I hate summertime, it's just too hot and humid where I live. :\

I'll have 6 weeks off from work between gigs. Good news lots of time off. Bad news no money coming in. But that's why I have savings. Ahh life of a freelancer.

I'll be spending 12 days on a lake in the Midwest during July though so that'll be nice. I'd spend longer but kids can't stay that long.

My dream is to install starlink there so I can do some work from there. Ha. I think there are too many trees though.

We are heading into summer here and at the moment, my kids just went back after their week break and will be back in school now for 6 more weeks before they finish for their summer holiday which is usually about 7 weeks.

I am hoping to be able to take them out for a few days out during that time and I know they also tend to enjoy heading out and hanging out with their friends as well. For anything else, we will take it as it comes :)

Aside from work being full on, my next big plans are in August for my 30th birthday, I'm off to Berlin for a little city break, so can't wait for that!

I've been off work this week and it's been glorious. I've been sick - but the break is so needed. I'm into week 2. I have intended on going on 2 small trips over the break, and I wanted to go on one longer trip - unfortunately I have an aunt passing and may be taking that longer trip for sad reasons here soon. I have trainings to go to for work between now and July 31st, but I'm looking forward to just having myself some me time in there. Teachers go back for our beginning of the year trainings July 31st, I have signed up for some extra trainings June 13-15th, which now I might miss some of that... And then some trainings in Mid-July.

My birthday is at the end of June so I'm excited to also celebrate this year.
