About Us

ActionPro has its roots in a service which our MD, Joe Aspey, developed when he was then an insurance broker. Seeing his SME sector clients struggling with ever more burdensome regulation and emerging technology threats, he decided to help. His new systematic service helped them to understand and address legislation, to implement IT security, reduce potential for fraud and bad debts and show insurers that management systems were in place. In consequence, they reduced their risks, slept more soundly at night and rewarded their broker with their thanks, loyalty and more business.

He set up Risk Analysis Services in 2001 and, with the help of Axa Insurance, quickly built up a network of licensees who wanted to replicate that service using RAS software. It has been used with thousands of UK businesses, helping them to implement risk management programmes and negotiate best terms with their insurers.

More software products followed for business continuity and now ActionPro and CrisisPro are web-enabled so that our licensees can make them more easily accessible to their clients as supported or fully self-service solutions.
