Adaba Foods Sample Menu – Fall/Winter
Adaba Foods offers a selection of wholesome foods, some raw, some cooked or baked, all nourishing, all gluten free and delicious. Most items are vegan, but please specify if this is a requirement for you, or if you have other specific food needs/preferences. The menu changes based on what is available locally and seasonally, though there are a few products that are always available.
Here is a sample Fall/Winter menu; I’m happy to take requests too, including requests for ingredient substitutions.

- Sesame Flatbread Crackers (made from sprouted buckwheat flour)
- Multigrain Crackers (made from sprouted quinoa, buckwheat, and chickpea flours)
- Amaranth-Flax Crackers
- Raw Herbed Veggie Crackers (sprouted buckwheat-based)
- Raw Pumpkin Seed Veggie Crackers
- Raw Za’atar Flatbread (from a sprouted buckwheat and vegetable base)
Baking Mixes (sprouted grain flours): ($7.00)
- Multigrain Waffle/Pancake Mix (made with sprouted buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa, millet, and teff flours); makes 8-10 large Belgian Waffles.
- All Purpose Muffin Mix (made with sprouted buckwheat, quinoa, millet, and teff flours, comes with a variety of muffin and quickbread recipes); makes at least a dozen large muffins or 2-3 loaves.
- Cornbread Mix (made with cornmeal and amaranth flour); makes an 8×8 square pan or 2-3 loaves.
