DougieDougie's Boxercise classes: want a serious workout? Doug's energy is infectious! This is a guy who never sits still. His athletic background is as a runner - originally in the UK and now in the world of trail running. Now Chamonix based, it's not unusual for Doug to be up at 0530 for a 'quick' run up to Brevent (in the dark, in the winter - as you do!), before a full day's work, and then he's still full of beans to teach at the gym in the evening. Inspiring!
