I have been documenting my hair journey ever since the summer of 2003 when I started my transitioning process. I can stress enough how much of an encouragement it has been to look back at my old albums and see how much my hair has grown. I would invite for you all who is on this natural journey to do the same whether it be through video or pictures if you have ever been discouraged about the growth of your hair. Watching your natural hair grow is like watching a plant grow especially when shrinkage is involved. But our hair is constantly growing EVERYday. Taking pictures of your hair growth in monthly or quarterly intervals will help give you the assurance that you hair is indeed growing.
