About Barton Publishing

This blog is to help you realize that most health problems can be cured naturally by giving your body access to a safe, natural remedy. A natural remedy is a non-toxic, non-poisonous, non-threatening way to put your body back into balance using healthy alternatives to modern medicine. Millions and millions of people worldwide depend on “home remedies” to treat and/or cure common ailments such as kidney stones, acid reflux, gout, gallstones, high blood pressure, depression, lyme disease, arthritis, high cholesterol, acne, migraine headaches, and much, much more!

Barton Publishing is a natural health website that advocates health education, specifically how to use proven remedies to overcome acute health problems and diseases.

Many of the remedy reports that we have published give details about using common household grocery ingredients such as yogurt, honey, asparagus, lemon juice, apples, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, salt, water, and the like. None of these ingredients are hard to find or expensive to purchase – no matter where you live on earth!

  4. Sweet Tooth!

What is that old saying, “It takes about 7 weeks to break or make a habit”. Therfore, I recommend putting your shoulder down and eating right for 7 weeks.

    Practically how?

    1. Find a support group!
    2. Drink plenty of water! About 75% of hunger pains are actually thirst pains.
    3. Eat health sweets (fruits).
    4. Instead of ice cream, I eat frozen yogurt.
    5. Instead of candy bars, I eat 100 cal. packs.
    6. Instead of seeing a cookie, I see a 300 calorie snack which equates to a 3 mile run (yuck!)
    7. Finally, if you would like to lose body fat, it is 75% up to your diet. Not how much exercise you do! With that in mind, good luck

    Hope this helps,

    Joe
