LES EMIRS ROUGE

Grape Variety:

The Cabernet Sauvignon associated with Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, give consistency, complexity and character. Planted on an exceptional soil, these grapes improve in a bouquet of savior and give us an exceptional cru.

Vinification:
Once harvested and handpicked, the grapes are sorted out one by one on the arrival. The destemming process is done partially.The crushed grapes loaded into vats for along maceration process under controlled temperatures.The alcoholic fermentation is followed by a malolactic fermentation

Aging:
Aged in new French oak barrels for few months, the aromas of the oak blended with aromas of the wine create a final bouquet.


Matching Food:
The music and poetry of dinners, this wine accompanies dishes with special sauce.

Preservation:

This wine can be preserved from 5 to 7 years in which the tasting qualities improve in bottles.


Tasting:
This noble wine is brilliant and deep red color. Its supple melted tannins and its subtle vanilla bouquet give a balanced and lengthy aftertaste.
