The J. J. Ward Project.
The Society considers that the Ward collection of slides and negatives is an important part of Coventry's heritage and should be preserved. The steps to be taken in order to preserve and make the collection accessible are:
Unfortunately no written record of the lantern slides or negatives is known to have survived. Many have been identified by referring to some of his published work but more work is required to identify all of them. The collection is at present being catalogued.
