Suzanne Shaw’s Fairytale Wedding to Jason King

Dancing on Ice star Suzanne Shaw has tied the knot with her DJ partner Jason King. The pair chose the Captain’s Club Hotel in Bournemouth as their wedding venue over the weekend, inviting close friends and family.

Catwalk Creations Ltd met with Suzanne and Jason a little over 4 months ago to help them with their final wedding preparations. Seeing as Catwalk Creations Ltd is a PR Agency dedicated to representing brands in the Wedding sector, we were able to offer the lovely couple a selection of bridal products and services to choose from.

At the time of coming to us, Suzanne and Jason still needed to secure the right florist to create their romantic vision. ‘Our theme is black, white and red and we want something quite old school and romantic’ stated Suzanne. Catwalk Creations Ltd represents London’s leading florist Laura Kuy, who the couple selected to be their official wedding florist. Laura Kuy supplied Suzanne’s bouquet, the bridesmaid’s bouquet, the buttonholes, venue flowers, centerpieces and aisle flowers. The final result was quite breathtaking. Check out this week’s OK! Magazine for stunning photos.

When it came to selecting the perfect jewellery for Suzanne’s 7 bridesmaids, the natural choices for Suzanne were our two clients, Girls Love Pearls and Carrie Yeo. Suzanne wanted something delicate, feminine and sparkly for her bridesmaids. The bridesmaids were to be dressed in floor length black satin halter neck dresses and in keeping with the colour scheme, Suzanne opted for a delicate Deco Droplet Necklace with a clear crystal, and a Sparkly Bridal Cuff to complete the look. The bridesmaids looked stunning, check out this week’s OK! Magazine to see for yourself!

Moving on to think of their wedding guests, Suzanne and Jason wanted to give their guests a wedding favour that would double up as a keepsake gift. So for the female attendants, the couple chose a Crystal Heart Wine Stopper and a Crystal Heart Key ring and for the male attendants, the couple chooses a Crystal Dice Wine Stopper and a Crystal Dice Key ring. Our client A Wedding Less Ordinary were delighted to supply these favours to the couple for their big day. Still thinking of their wedding guests, A Wedding Less Ordinary also supplied bespoke champagne flavoured rock sweets in red and white which read, ‘Suz & Jay 4 Eva’ and after-dinner mints supplied in a black and red rose tin personalised with the date of the wedding.

Our next client to be selected by Suzanne and Jason was Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium to make custom-made cookies for the guests to feast on at midnight. The cookies were gingerbread bride and groom figures that had been decorated to replicate the newlyweds!

Not forgetting some wedding day and honeymoon essentials, Suzanne could not resist the range of Diamon’T items we showed to her. These items were from Diamon’Ts brand NEW range ‘Luv Diamon’T’. Suzanne selected a White ‘Bride’ Cotton robe to wear the morning of her wedding as she was having her hair and make-up done. Her bridesmaids each wore a ‘Sexy Bridesmaid’ White Vest Top as the girl’s were in Suzanne’s getting ready. Waiting on Suzanne’s and Jason’s bed the night of their wedding was a personalised keep-sake cushion which read ‘Suzanne & Jason 14.06.09 also supplied by Diamon’T. For Suzanne’s honeymoon suitcase, Diamon’T supplied the new bride with a ‘Just Married’ bikini and kaftan, complete with ‘Just Married’ Flip Flops, so Suzanne can show off her new status is complete style!
