What hours are Cyclone open? Cyclone is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The car department is a 24hour operation the courier department opens between 0830 and 1930. The car department is more than happy to take courier bookings outside of the courier opening hours.
How quickly can I set up an account?Our accounts office is open between 0930 and 1800. We can email an application form and once it is returned and a credit check has been done we will call you straight back with an account number.
Can I protect my account with a password?Yes. This is becoming an increasingly popular request. Contact our Client Services department.
How does Cyclone deal with queries?We have a helpdesk which deals with all queries. All queries are taken in what we call action messages. These are responded to ASAP by a relevant manager. Cyclone will also give you a dedicated account manager who is more than happy to help with all queries and questions. We pride ourselves on our quick response to clients queries.
Do I have to open an account?Not necessarily. We can also take bookings by credit card.
Can Cyclone provide co-ordinators?When a client has an especially busy schedule, for example a television company doing a shoot, for a nominal fee Cyclone is happy to provide a member of our staff at the event for your staff to liaise with. This is a very popular extra service and can help reduce the costs (and stress!) of an event. This can be arranged through your account manager.
How is waiting time charged?Cyclone charge waiting time after the first 10mins. If you keep a car waiting for less than 10mins you will not be charged any waiting time. After 10mins waiting time is charged in 5 minute intervals. All staff must get waiting time agreed and signed for by the client.
How does Cyclone invoice?We can invoice weekly fortnightly or monthly. We can further breakdown invoices into cost centres if required. Our help desk and account manager are happy to supply reports giving breakdowns of spend whenever asked for.
What if I have a question not dealt with here?Your account manager will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. At Cyclone we strongly believe the more you our clients communicate with us, and let us know your requirements, the more we can help you. Our clients are our best source of new ideas!
