| I won my first
trophy for speech at the age of 15 and since then they have
accumulated to hundreds, which have been won throughout England and
Wales. |

Writing is
another of my interests and I have won four crowns for literature: Powys Eisteddfod
- Llanbrynmair 1993, Newtown 1999, the
Anglesey Eisteddfod - Aberffraw, 2003 and Eisteddfodau Teulu James
Pantyfedwen Pontrhydfendigaid, 2009.

During this
time I have also been chaired over 70 times at eisteddfodau for both English
and Welsh compositions.

In 2006 Cefnfab was accepted into
the Welsh Gorsedd of Bards at the Swansea National Eisteddfod. A
