Introduction

Everyone that is planning on running at NIRCA nationals on November 14 has to have completely payed any club fees and any remaining hotel or race fees by THIS THURSDAY (the 29th)! If you have not payed your club fee or still owe the club money for a previous race then YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME TO NATIONALS! If you are unsure of if you owe us/how much you owe us then contact us immediately and we will let you know. We have to get papers signed a week before nationals, so no one can be late on their payment. Also, if you are planning on running at nationals, you should try to make it to the workouts this week. The times and places are listed in the September 26 email "Workouts for this week".

We will also be having a Halloween costume run this Friday, the 30th. Just come with your costume ready to run; we always have a great time, so we hope to see you there!
