messages posted before 2006 click the “Older Messages” button instead. Send us a message to post here, by
email. Please put a subject in the
‘Subject’ line, and we’d appreciate
it if you give us your real name in the message. Please don’t use any of the
following forms for the “subject” line in messages: “Class of ‘xx” “Re:” (with nothing more) (no subject line at all) All these are rejected by the
site filters as spam, since very many
spam emails use them. We have to spot them and rescue
them, which will delay posting of
your message – or we may miss one entirely. On the site we won’t post contact details
such as your email address unless you include them in the message itself
(watch out for spam if you do that!).
But we’ll forward any personal replies other visitors send us (unless
you ask us not to) to the email address your message came from. If you have a photo to send (most image
formats, but we’d prefer a
‘non-lossy’ compressed format such as TIFF or GIF) if the file is small enough you can attach it to your email

message if it’s too long or if we think it may be offensive, libellous or illegal. |
