Making a booking

If you would like to book Harbour Breeze, firstly call to check availability. If you would like to book we will send you a booking form. Please complete the form and send it to us by post along with your deposit of 20%. Your booking is then reserved. Alternatively you can pay your deposit and balance by card over the phone. If you use a credit card we do need to charge an additional 2% to cover card charges from our bank. Debit cards incurr no additional charge.

Please note that in the event of you wishing to cancel your holiday deposits or full payments can only be refunded if we can re book the apartment. We do however charge a £10 admin fee.

If our cancelation policy is of concern we recommend you consider taking out holiday insurance.

Balance and Security Deposit

The balance of your holiday payment is then due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

You are also required to provide a security deposit of £75 as part of your final payment. This security deposit is to cover the cost of any breakages or damage caused at the property. Approx 2 weeks prior to your stay we will send you an information pack on the apartment and the local area.

When leaving at the end of your holiday please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible. If there are any breakages or damage during your stay please let us know as soon as possible so that we can sort out the issue quickly.

Once our property managers have checked over the property and found all is well we will return your security deposit.
