If you live (or visit) the Penticton/Okanagan area – almost anytime is a nice time to visit the Summerland Ornamental Gardens. These pictures are recent, and as you can see Dave caught a snake and posed for pictures.
The grounds are rarely busy with people. So bring along a few things to really stretch out your visit. Bring a picnic, some drinks, a frisbee or just a book and blanket and stay awhile.
It is quiet, refreshing and I recommend it for a visit.
