Learning on the Net – Yoga and Toastmasters !

After only a little bit of searching I found another yoga blog that I liked, and was encouraged by.

. A favorite topic of mine is headstands because there is something special about them. I remember learning by flipping my legs up against the wall and then the first time I started doing them in the middle of the floor.  The key is keeping your forearms shoulder distance apart, you use your forearms like a  tripod but keep your elbows tucked in tight as you can when you lower head into position. The balance and and control comes from your arms between your elbows and your hands.  Check out ” Raw Satisfaction Yoga

How to write a humorous speech!  This is something I wanted to research, and fortunately there are great bloggers like John Zimmer. This genius writes Manner of Speaking and shares his experiences with Toastmasters.

Since the Toastmasters Club is worldwide it is cool to connect with John and get his assistance, tips, and insights on writing a humorous speech.  Thanks John!  – You are an INSPIRATION!

I actually don’t have any pictures of me doing headstands but I hope mine are that nice. Thank you for visiting! For me the headstand is the last active asana before the corpse pose which in a way is sort of active but relaxing.
