Formed in August 2005 by Neil Barker, Big Buzz Solutions Ltd provides training delivery for Clients who want to be confident of a professional service delivered with passion.

Neil has over 20 years of experience including 15 Years with Prudential PLC, and 12 years of Training.

Training and Design Project Experience includes: Implementation of major cultural and systems change projects at Branch level, to win over hearts and minds. Sales training academies, Fighting Financial crime training design, Soft skills, Blended learning solutions, Career development programmes, induction training, systems training, presentation skills and product knowledge.

Neil also spends time developing business funding in the charity sector and is a volunteer Community representative for Sue Ryder Care – Thorpe Hall.

Previous roles include: Employer Relationship Manager (managing relationships with large Pension schemes and promoting education and scheme awareness), financial consultant. Neil is an associate CIPD member and INLPTA NLP Practitioner.

A cancer survivor Neil was a ‘Patient Experience’ motivational speaker for Peterborough District Hospital for several years.
