2017

  • Catrin Morgan has been awarded a residency at the Women's Studio Workshop in Rosendale (NY, USA). From October to December 2017 she will develop an editioned artist book based on images of St. Jerome in Medieval and Old Masters paintings.

  • Tom Hackney is one of the three prizewinners of the Creekside Open 2017 with the sculpture LINCOLN/WILSON (2016) selected by Alison Wilding. The exhibition runs at A.P.T. Gallery until 2 July 2017.

  • We launched KASPER PINCIS dalla Rosa's first publication on 8 April, the book is now available on our online store.

  • Emily Speed's solo exhibition BODY BUILDERS at the Phoenix (Exeter) opens Thursday 19 January and runs until Saturday 4 March. For more information on Speed's project and her artist talk (11 February) please visit Phoenix's website.

  • Kasper Pincis is part of the group exhibition DESKTOP together with Alexandra Baraitser, Roland Hicks, Sirpa Pajunen-Moghissi, and Ekkehard Altenburger. The show runs 25 - 26 January at The Office Group, 91 Wimpole Street, London W1.

  • Jessie Brennan is one of the panelists at Brutalism Redux: Resuscitating the urban politics of brutalist architecture, an event organised by Oli Mould and bringing together academics, artists and campaigners working on brutalism to discuss whether there is space for a brutalist politics, as well as brutalist style in our contemporary cities. The other panelists are Chris Beanland (writer, author of ‘Concrete Concept’), Catherine Croft (Director of the Twentieth Century Society), Oliver Carpenter (Associate Curator of Infrastructure and Built Environment, Science Museum), Oli Mould (Lecturer in Human Geography, Royal Holloway, University of London). 2016

  • Kasper Pincis is part of the group show Fabrik opening 7 October at Galerie L'Inlassable (127, rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris).

  • Catrin Morgan shortlisted for the Jerwood Drawing Prize, showing at the Jerwood Space until 23 October and then touring to Bath, Leigh, and Bournemouth.

  • We are pleased to announce that dalla Rosa is reopening at the ground floor of 3 Leighton Place, NW5 2QL. Our inaugural exhibition is Jessie Brennan: If This Were To Be Lost, 30 September - 29 October 2016. More details here.

  • Artists Jessie Brennan, Marc Atkinson and Matt Lewis have all spent the last year ‘in residence’ in Peterborough, hosted by arts organisation Metal. The culmination of these projects is RESIDENT, an exhibition gathering work developed by the three artists in collaboration with Peterborough's residents, opening at Peterborough City Gallery 22 July - 28 August 2016.

  • Cassiopeia is a collaborative project by Catrin Morgan, Amy Goodwin, Anne Harild, Hannah Rae Alton, and Irene Vidal Cal. In 2016 the project will be developed through workshops, exhibitions in different venues, and a book. Follow Cassiopeia's progress on their twitter feed and support the project here.

  • dalla Rosa would like to congratulate artist Jessie Brennan and the Foundling Museum for the recent acquisition by the Victoria & Albert Museum of A Fall of Ordinariness and Light (2014), the series of drawings commissioned by the Foundling for their 2014 exhibition Progress.   • In 2016 dalla Rosa will publish a book on Kasper Pincis' practice, the publication will include an essay by Melanie Vandenbrouck (Curator of Art at the Royal Museums Greenwich) and a Q&A with the artist. For more details contact the gallery.

2015

  • In January 2016 dalla Rosa is taking part in the London Art Fair - find us at stand P6 of Art Projects, where we will present new and recent work by Jessie Brennan and Kasper Pincis.   • Kasper Pincis featured in the new book The Art of Typewriting, edited by Marvin and Ruth Sackner, Thames & Hudson (2015), preface by John Maeda, foreword by Steven Heller, ISBN 9780500241493.

  • Jessie Brennan published the book Regeneration! Conversations, Drawings, Archives and Photographs from Robin Hood Gardens. Commissioned by HS Projects, and supported by Insight Community Arts Programme (2014 - 15), contributors Owen Hatherley and Richard Martin, ISBN 9780993023118.

  • After three great years in EC1 dalla Rosa is moving out of 121 Clerkenwell Road. We enjoyed working in this lively area of London and look forward to continuing our exhibitions programme and developing new projects - in the meantime we will be at Multiplied Art Fair this October.   • To Fill A Void opens Thursday 26 February at APT Gallery, the group exhibition curated by Kasper Pincis includes work by Caroline Corbasson, Anthony Faroux, Andy Wicks, and Pincis.   • dalla Rosa is taking part in Sluice Art Fair with Carta, a curated display of work by Richard Ducker, Caroline Kha, Catrin Morgan, and Kasper Pincis. Sluice runs Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October from 12 to 9 pm at 47/49 Tanner Street, SE1 3PL (Art Review mention).

  • Jeremy Evans will take part in the performance series The Oral Tradition organised and hosted by Camden Arts Centre. Jeremy's performance is on Wednesday 11 September (7 - 8 pm), watch the performance here.

  • Artangel selected 100 submissions from the 2013 online Open and shared on their website. You can browse a variety of ideas including 150,738,274,937,250 Bletchley Park Mansions a collaborative project by Catrin Morgan, Colin Z. Robertson, and Studio Julia.

  • EC1/WC1 GALLERIES DAY - Saturday 18 May 2013 (12 - 8 pm): many of the increasing number of galleries located in London's EC1/WC1 postcodes will be extending opening hours and organising special performances and events. The open day is based on the area's new 'art map'. dalla Rosa will be open with Catrin Morgan's solo show The Age of Wire and String.
