Both of them are from the same company, Glico. Only thing is that Pocky has more variety of flavours. I'm not quite sure why Rocky does not offer the same number of flavours Pocky has.
Pocky was renamed to Rocky in Malaysia possibly because it sounds like a vulgar word in Malay (you know which word I'm talking about).
That being said, you still can get Pocky from certain supermarkets and hypermarkets for eg. Jaya Jusco.

I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean but I guess it might get you choked cuz it is wayyy larger than your typical Pocky or Rocky.
