How does HR Benchmarking work?

1. It assesses the company's intention and identity, (such as its vision, strategic goals and internal brand) through:

  • Facilitated Board/ Senior Management events

2. It assesses the current HR policies and procedures through:

  • Detailed research of current documentation
  • Hands-on observations of management practice and impact

3. It feeds the information collected into a database for assessment:

  • Legal compliance
  • Alignment

4. It produces a detailed report on the key recommendations for change including project plans, projected costs and benefits
