Jackie Ventress

I am a professional and dedicated Freelance Event Manager, with extensive experience of meetings and conferences with delegate numbers ranging from 25 - 1000 pax. Pharmaceutical meetings have been my passion, I have worked on these type of events worldwide, always considering the ever changing Pharma regulations.

Fully responsible for the budget of each event and full Client and Supplier liaison, while maintaining a good relationship with all parties, using my full and varied venue knowledge.

Since becoming a freelancer in 2006 I have also gained valuable experience of congress, incentive and team building events.

I am available to assist with all aspects of an event, from minimal project involvement providing assistance with departures for events with airport check ins, meet and greet services.

If more involved assistance is required I can also fully manage events on your behalf blending in as part of your own events team.

I also have experience with party planning and organised two large corporate events for 600 pax in 2008.
