How Do I Remove An Unwanted Second User From My Computer?

I know this might seem obvious,so I'm risking looking like a nimrod.When I restart my computer I must enter my password to gain access.I'm not sure how it happened,but when the password screen appears,it shows 2 users.I only want the 1 uses which is me.What do I need to do to get rid of the other user?

Go to the control panel and then open up users. You can delete users from there.
