11/6/10:
On August
6, 2010, the landscape of ECPW Empire State was changed
forever when the “grand scheme” finally came together with
Kage joining the Enterprize.
The fans watched in complete disbelief as Kage turned his
back on Sean Carr, AnarchY, and the entire city of
Binghamton. They voiced their displeasure loudly, spewing
vulgarities, littering the ring with everything that wasn't
nailed down, and vowing revenge for their fallen favorites.
Earlier that evening Kage completely fooled everyone,
including upper ECPW management, by shockingly announcing
his retirement. Citing years of wear and tear on the body
and a recently torn ligament in his knee, the stage was set
for a heart felt ended to a storied career.
Before he left, Kage said in one last act for the fans, that
he would be the special referee for the Sean Carr verses IB
Green ladder match. After Carr defeated Green, the
Enterprize attacked Carr 5-1, AnarchY ran in to help Carr,
but the odds were just to much. Kage, having seen enough,
seemingly ran in to make the save and even the odds. Just as
Carr rose to his feet he was met with a thunderous chair
shot that echoed throughout the streets of Binghamton, NY.
KAGE JOINS THE ENTERPRIZE and beats the holy hell out of
Sean Carr and AnarchY, leaving them in a pool of blood.
As a result – AnarchY's quit ECPW. After losing his best
friend, Keith Zimmer to the Enterprize, and now Kage, who
had become somewhat of a mentor to him, AnarchY walked away
from it all, the burden of betrayal had become to heavy
bare.
The whole retirement speech, the knee injury, and being the
special referee were all apart of the master plan that has
sent Empire State into a bizarro-land, twilight-zone type
atmosphere that was only further complicated by the
happenings of October 8th in Endicott, NY.
Lil Daddy C, who was planning to take a break from ECPW due
to personal family reasons, wanted to have one more with his
heated rival Sean Carr and take back the 607 Championship he
lost on June 11th in Cortland, NY.
The match took place on October 8, 2010 at Rexer's Karate &
Fitness Center in Endicott, NY. Like all of their matches
before it, Carr and Daddy C tore the house down, leaving the
fans in attendance standing in anticipation for who would
come out on top. On that night, it was Sean Carr who got the
duke after a hard-hitting, nearly 25 minute match that seen
both competitors pull out all the stops.
The plot thickened even more after the match when Sean Carr
extended his hand to Lil Daddy C out of respect for his
departing rival. Staying true to fashion, Daddy C would tap
knuckles with Carr, much to the delight of the Endicott
crowd who chanted as one, “SHAKE HIS HAND.”
Furious by Daddy C's decision to show Carr respect, the DOS,
Kage and IB Green hit the ring. Kage cut down Carr on the
microphone and said Daddy C was doing a dis-service to the
Enterprize by showing respect to the enemy. Just as Daddy C
went to explain his actions he was attacked from behind by
the man he formed the Enterprize with in the first place, IB
Green. The DOS got the better of the exchange, but Carr and
Daddy C were able to grab the microphone and challenge the
DOS to a match on December 3rd in Binghamton, NY at American
Legion Post 80.
Without hesitation the DOS accepted, promising to rid ECPW
once and for all of the nobodies known as Sean Carr and Lil
Daddy C.
So let's get this straight: Lil Daddy C is going to team
with Sean Carr to take on the DOS, Kage and IB Green in
Binghamton, NY – THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!
From bitter foes to friends? No, not friends, but Sean Carr
and Lil Daddy C will come together for a common purpose of
defeating the DOS and earning the respect of the wrestling
world in doing so. That's what this is all about people,
respect!!! Not titles, not money – this thing has gotten
super personal.
It was promised that the landscape was going to change – and
boy, did we deliver. BUT – that was only the beginning – YOU
ain't seen nothing yet!!!
----
4/7/10:
The last
time East Coast
Professional
Wrestling came to the JM McDonald Sports Complex in
Cortland NY, the ECPW Empire State Commissioner Keith Zimmer
screwed over his best friend Anarchy in his match with IB
Green finally revealing himself as the leader of the
Enterprise. This time around the Enterprise has declared
Cortland their very own funhouse, said that everything is
about to change, and people will be made an example of.
In what was announced originally as an ECPW Empire State
Championship match between IB Green and Rainbow has instead
been turned into the first example of change as "ECPW Empire
State Commissioner Keith Zimmer has hand chosen Cortland's
very own and ECPW’s first handicapped manager Glen Post to
face IB Green for the title on April 24th in Cortland NY.
That’s right, people, IB Green will face a handicapped man
in a wheelchair. What kind of man has IB Green become, and
what levels will he, and the Enterprise stoop to?
In another match announced for the card, the brother of Glen
Post, the
Rainbow Warrior will team up with “The
Perfect Weapon” Shawn Armstrong, coming together
despite their recent feud to form the team of “Don’t Ask,
Don’t Tell” and they will face “High
and Mighty” consisting of Mark Kreiger and his
walking block party back up Superbad.
Keith Zimmer is looking to add more gold to the Enterprise
and by that the ECPW 607 Champion Little Daddy C will take
on Nick Napoleon who is being forced against his will to
defend his ECPW Daredevil
Championship. “This is an outrage!!” says Jiinx the
Dedpool, co-host of the Original Geeks Podcast. “Little
Daddy C is too fat to flip and fly around like Nick does.”
Well judging by the attitude and recent actions of Little
Daddy C, Nick Napoleon will most defiantly have his hands
full in Cortland that night, and that includes the members
of the Enterprise who will be present at ringside.
Coming off of both the hot shows in Binghamton and McAdoo,
the Enterprise has stated to the OGPC they are done fighting
with Sean Carr. He’s not worth their time, he’s a flash in
the pan, and instead Keith Zimmer has decided to put a
$5,000 bounty on the head of “Hybrid” Sean Carr which has
been accepted by Prince Akkanatan. Sean Carr is coming to
Cortland looking for a fight after being screwed out of the
607 Title in Binghamton on March 12th, and says “bring it
on!!” However based on the events in Binghamton, after the
shocking appearance and beating at the hands of the recently
retired Brutus “The
Breeze” McNasty, Keith Zimmer may want to have the
Enterprise around him at all times.
In Cortland will we find out just who exactly is the #1
Contender to the ECPW Empire State Championship? Both
Anarchy and Kage claim the #1 spot. After Kage defeated Big
Poppa Chill in the casket match to not only keep his job
with ECPW but also said he was coming after IB Green for the
belt however the popular Anarchy never received his title
match on March 12th thanks to the Enterprise. Will this
controversy be addressed in Cortland? Will Kage and Anarchy
come to an equal understanding? Will cooler heads prevail?
We’ll find out on April 24th.
Cortland's own deranged freak Damien Darkchild has brought
his version of the
Army of Darkness to ECPW Empire State in the form of
the masked and mysterious Mr. X, and the “Alter Boy from
Hell” Jake Saint. It's unclear what Darkchild's motives are
for doing this, but back in February after winning the
battle royal he proclaimed that 2010 will be the year of
DARKNESS in ECPW!!!
The card will also feature a battle royal feat Cortland's
own Papa Wingster, features live music by Scarred Theory at
intermission and the ECPW Owner Gino Caruso will be on hand
as well in Cortland. Will he make a statement on the actions
of the Enterprise? Will he address the recent appearances of
“The Breeze”? Will he announce just who is the number one
contender for the ECPW Empire State Championship? We’ll find
out on April 24th. See you in Cortland!!!
The doors open at 7PM and the show starts at 7:30PM. Tickets
are available at the following locations in Cortland: JM
McDonald Sports Complex,
The Daily Grind, King Sub, Cort-Lanes, and A Pizza &
More.

2/28/10:
Most
independent wrestling organizations that come to Binghamton
usually have to rely on “outside talent” when it comes to
packing the American Legion Post 80 (76 Main Street
Binghamton). Not ECPW. When East Coast Professional
Wrestling returns to Binghamton on Friday March 12. Instead
the show picks up where we left off in Cortland, NY when
ECPW Empire State Commissioner, Keith Zimmer (the first ECPW
Commissioner under 350lbs), was revealed to be the puppet
master of The Enterprise, and took advantage of being the
guest referee by double crossing Anarchy in his match
against ECPW
Empire State Champion, IB Green. Zimmer made it very
clear that he was given the keys to the castle by ECPW
Owner, Gino Caruso, and intends to infect and destroy the
territory from within. Anarchy, a Tioga-County resident, is
no stranger to Binghamton wrestling fans, and not only has
he challenged IB Green to an I Quit Match, but he’ll do
anything to get a piece of Keith Zimmer that night.
The feud between ECPW 607 Champion, Little Daddy C, and
Binghamton native “The Hybrid” Sean Carr never stops, and it
doesn’t look like it’s going to anytime soon. Carr, a BCC
graduate has stated on Binghamton’s Original Geeks Podcast
that he hasn’t forgot about being attacked by Little Daddy C
after he won a #1 Contenders Battle Royal back in September
and plans on taking that 607
Championship.
The two met in a vicious, un-sanctioned street fight that
was held in Cortland, however the title was not on the line.
Will Sean finally win the title and squash this beef with
Little Daddy C?
In what is looking to be one of the most anticipated matches
of the evening is the Casket Match between Kage and
Big Poppa Chill. Kage, a local worker for the city of
Binghamton is a former ECPW
Empire State
Champion and has put a hit out on all members of the
Enterprise and plans on starting with Big Poppa Chill by
locking him inside an airtight steel coffin. If he’s
successful he’ll earn a shot at the ECPW
Empire State
Championship. If he’s not and Big Poppa Chill is
victorious then Kage will be FIRED from ECPW Empire State.
After suffering an embarrassing first defeat, Mark Kreiger
and his brick-wall backup, Super Bad, are on a mission to
destroy the students of the 607
Pro Wrestling Academy (43 Hall St in
Binghamton). Local native Axel Lennox & ND Renegade
answered the call and challenged the duo to a tag match. The
arrogant and always cocky Kreiger laughed at this and told
the students to find one more guy and make this a 3 on 2
handicapped match.
The Rainbow
Warrior was chosen to represent as he is still
looking for revenge following a recent post match attack
from Superbad and Kreiger. Aiding the trio will be Glen
Post, pro wrestling’s first manager to be in a wheelchair.
In other matches:
Binghamton's own Robert the Spike Norton will team with
Big Country
to take on the ECPW
Tag Team
Champions the Repeat Offenders. Can this Binghamton
native bring home the gold?
Reality TV star and ECPW WORLD Heayweight Champion Andrew
Anderson will defend his championship against the hated
Prince Akkanatan. For the match each man is allowed to have
one person in their corner; Prince Akkanatan has chosen his
Sand n' Surf B.F.F. Dave the Wave, whereas the champion has
taken a less conventional route and has selected none other
than the CREEPER!!! This one is sure to WILD!!!
All this action and more including a Battle Royal feat the
debut of Kurse Johnny (from
Binghamton, NY by way of London, England) and live
music by New Scarred Theory at intermission!! The show takes
place Friday March 12th 2010 @ the American Legion Post 80
(76 Main Street Binghamton). The doors open @ 7PM and the
bell time is 7:30 PM. Advance tickets are $12, and $15 at
the door. Tickets are available at American Legion Post 80 (607-722-2785),
Laurel Bowl (607-723-8344),
House of Reardon (607-722-9674),
My Uncles Place (607-722-5242),
and Tom’s Texas Hots (607-771-4687).

2/11/10:
ECPW
Empire State
RETURNS to Cortland, NY on
February 20,
2010 at the JM McDonald Sports Complex (4292 Fairgrounds
Road) with a 7:30pm bell time.
Tickets
are just $12 in advance, $15 at the door, and all the
matches will be taped for ECPW Empire State High Voltage TV.
On the
card:
The show
will feature AMP'D up matches with stipulations aplenty.
Personal scores and controversies will be settled inside the
ring, HOW IT SHOULD BE!!!
Cortland's own
Rainbow Warrior will team with Robert “the Spike”
Norton &
Big Country to take on the six-man duo of Mark
Kreiger, Superbad, and Cortland's own Perfect Weapon Shawn
Armstrong.
The Rainbow Warrior will be managed by his brother
(and local handicapped Cortland resident) the “Exceptional.”
This will be a night of firsts and ECPW will proof that we
can help make ANY dream come true.
There
will be a students battle royal featuring the dark and
disturbed Cortland's own Damien Darkchild. This will be a
bunkhouse battle royal which means ALL weapons are LEGAL.
International Star will start his quest in getting the ECPW
Empire State
title back as he faces the “bodyguard” of the
Enterprise, the 6'10 Peacemaker. The kicker to this match
will be that nightsticks are perfectly legal and accepted in
this match.
Anarchy
will meet his arch-rival IB Green for the ECPW Empire State
title. IB Green has stated he wants nothing to do with
Anarchy and will hurt him in serious manner if he is forced
to wrestle him in Cortland or anywhere else. There is a
personal score to be settled between these two that the fans
know NOTHING about. All that will change, in Cortland, as IB
Green plans to “expose” Anarchy for the person he really is.
Things are heating up in and bound to get UGLY in the
Cortland.
CK Kross
will take on Daredevil Champion Nick Napoleon in the first
ever “Triad of Terror” match. The “Triad of Terror” is a
series of three matches throughout the course of the night
with the winner of two out of three of the matches will be
crowned the undisputed ECPW Daredevil Champion. The first
match will kick off the show and be a SUBMISSION match, the
second match will be a Falls Count Anywhere in Cortland
match, and the last match (if needed) will be a GRUELING
Last Man Standing match. This title is all about
taking risks and going the extra mile; this series will do
all that and more – showing who the REAL and DESERVING
Daredevil champion really is.
607
Champion Little Daddy C must defend the title against Sean
Carr in Binghamton on March 12 – but before that these two
will meet in an UN-SANCTIONED match in Cortland NY. This
issue became personal when Little Daddy C attacked Sean Carr
while he was filming a commercial for the 607 Wrestling
Academy (@43 hall Street in Binghamton NY,) hitting him with
the 607 title for the SECOND time. This war has gotten so
personal and real over the last couple weeks that the ECPW
Board of Directors has decided to wash their hands of it. In
Binghamton on March 12, ECPW wants a fair and balanced
wrestling match that decides who the deserving champion
should be. But before that can happen, first, these guys
must fight without honor to settle the score and prove who
the better man is.
Be in Cortland on February 20, 2010 at the JM McDonald
Sports Complex, this is going to be a CAN'T MISS EVENT that
will set the tone for the entire year of ECPW
Empire State
action.
Tickets
for this great event are available at the office of the JM
McDonald Sports Complex – pick them up there, it's for a
good cause.
And don't
forget ECPW Empire State returns to Binghamton on March 12,
2010 at the American Legion Post 80 (76
Main Street.)
The
signed matches are as follows:
Kage vs. Big Papa Chill Casket Match
Anarchy vs. IB Green I Quit match
Sean Carr vs. Little Daddy C – 607
Championship
Kurse Johnny and other local Binghamton performers debut in
a Student Battle Royal
Axel Lennox, ND Renagade, and the Rainbow Warrior vs. Mark
Kreiger & Superbad
The Repeat
Offenders vs. Big Country & Robert Norton
Andrew Anderson & the Creeper vs. Sand n' Surf
Tickets
are $12 in advance, $15 at the door, with a 7:30pm bell
time.

ECPW Empire State Announces 2010's First
Two Shows
1/10/10
The first show of
the year for ECPW Empire State will be held on February 20th
in Cortland NY at the JM McDonald Sports Complex.
The main event of
the show will be Anarchy taking on the ECPW Empire
State Champion IB Green in a championship match. IB
Green nearly ended Anarchy's wrestling career after throwing
him off the stage in Binghamton NY on December 4th
during the extremely violent Warzone match. This match is
about a personal issue and with the championship on the
line, this one promises to get ugly FAST; Anarchy is out for
revenge and will not stop until he takes IB Green out for
good.
Kage, who
has vowed to take out every member of The Enterprise
until he gets his shot at IB Green's ECPW Empire State
title, will take on the 6'10 Peacemaker in a match where the
use of nightsticks are legal and encouraged. Kage feels he
was screwed out of the ECPW Empire State title by IB Green
& Company the last time ECPW was in Cortland on December 5th.
Green, who was in charge of the show after his team won the
WARZONE match Binghamton, stacked the deck, essentially
making the match a 4-1 handicap match with a crooked referee
in Mike Trash making the fast three count. December
5th was a day where IB Green was able to put one
over on ECPW Empire State management, stealing the title,
and swinging the balance of power in the favor of the
Enterprise. Kage will begin his quest to regain the gold on
February 20, 2009 with an uphill battle in a match that has
very dangerous rules. IB Green has made it clear to his
personal security guard, the Peacemaker, that Kage is not to
leave Cortland in one piece, let alone ready enough to
challenge for the ECPW Empire State title. What will happen
in Cortland, on February 20th when the
irresistible force means the immovable object in a match
that has both personal and championship implication?
After months of
inconsistent behavior, Ryan P. Dimmick, has been
relieved of his duties as ECPW Empire State Commissioner.
Dimmick, who has not been seen his last appearance on July
18th, is rumored to be moving out of state and
away from the business for the time being. We would like to
thank Mr. Dimmick for his faithful service to ECPW and we
wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors. On
February 20th in Cortland NY, at the JM McDonald
Sports Complex, Gino Caruso will appoint the new ECPW
Empire State Commissioner. Who it could be is anyone's
guess, but knowing Gino, this announcement will rock the
foundations of ECPW to its core as we kick off 2010!!!
Cortland's own
Rainbow Warrior, the Exceptional Glen Post, and
the Perfect Weapon Shawn Armstrong will make their
debut on February 20th in Cortland NY in a six
man tag team match that will feature the Japanese
Assassin, Robert “the Spike” Norton, the Super Destroyer,
and Big Country. This will be a great way for the
fans in Cortland to see some of their own compete in an East
Coast Pro Wrestling ring.
After their epic
Iron Man match in Cortland on December 5, 2009, that went to
a 1-1 draw, ECPW Empire State officials have decided to
place ECPW Empire State Daredevil Champion Nick Napoleon
and CK Kross in a best of 5 series to
determine the un-disputed ECPW Daredevil Champion. Kross
contends that if the match had just went 30 seconds longer
that he would have walked out the champion and that this
best of 5 series is just a mere formality in his quest to be
the ECPW Daredevil Champion. When asked for comment, Nick
Napoleon simply said, “I'll do my talking in the ring.”
This series will be fought under Daredevil rules which means
that each match will have a unique stipulation. The first
match in this series will take place at the JM McDonald
Sports Complex in Cortland NY on February 20, 2009 and will
be fought under Submission rules. Stipulations for the
other matches in the series will be announced in the coming
weeks but as a special treat for the fans we can reveal if
the series goes the full five matches the final match will
be a LADDER MATCH. Will the series go all 5 matches? Only
time will tell—but a ladder match between the two would be a
sure fire match of the year candidate.
ECPW Empire State
will return to Binghamton NY at the American Legion Post 80
on March 12, 2009 and we will be welcoming a new
performer to the roster on that day. The new wrestler goes
by the name of Bad Bad Leroy Brown . . . and get
this, he hails from a place OUTTA TOWN!!! Brown has
had one match with ECPW, at a recent Adrenaline TV taping,
winning impressively over the Japanese Assassin. Brown, who
wore a half-mask, looked oddly similar to a certain
Breezy wrestler that was recently retired by the
Masked Superstar on December 4th in
Binghamton. Brown's ECPW Empire State debut will take place
in Binghamton, the home of the Breeze, where anything can
and else does happen. Not much is known about Brown at this
time, but we know he is coming to ECPW Empire State to make
a major IMPACT.
More information on
the next ECPW Empire State show in Binghamton will be
announced in the next update.
