What our customers are saying about us:

“We would like to personally commend your employee, Derek, for the fine work he did on repairing and delivering our damaged office furniture.  His great attitude and willingness to help complete the job efficiently and promptly was essential to successfully settling our claim with ClaimGuard.
The extra attention he gave to our large oval conference table and small round conference table showed his customer service as exemplary, and we appreciate his continuous and genuine concern in our best interests.  You should be proud of your whole team, including the efforts of Marsha and Derek’s assistant.  We are thankful that your company has been able to service us; thank you for your contribution.”

“Absolutely wonderful!  Better than I could have ever even expected.  Incredible, superior workmanship.   Max has a well-run, professional company; one I would recommend to everyone.”

“We have been especially pleased with Mark Davis of the Furniture Clinic of Georgia, Inc. in handling our moving damages claim.  This has been our 17th entire household move, some of them overseas.   Sadly, damage to some precious household items is always a part of relocation.  We are happy to report that this has been the most efficient, conscientious and courteous repair and reimbursement process we have ever experienced.  Mr. Davis has been punctual, thoughtful, sensitive to dismay over dame, thoroughly professional and is an excellent French polisher.

Thank you, UNIRISC, for working through this process so quickly for us and for being able to assign us to a competent full service contractor in Georgia.”

“Please let me share with you how much I appreciate your responsiveness in taking care of the furniture repairs that we had a need for.   Thank you for your prompt service.
I want to especially thank for your giving attention to the pieces that we asked to have repaired.  You did a splendid job.  My wife and I both appreciate your taking the time to do some work on an extra table while you were there as well.  I appreciate, not only the efficient manner in which you did the work, but also the very fair price that you charge for your work.
Thank you for giving us the estimates on the sewing machine and cedar chest.  We will plan to have those finished in the future, as we are ready to do so, we will call you.  Once again, thank you for what you did to help us.”

"I wanted to take the time to let you know that Project Time & Cost, Inc. is extremely pleased with the work you performed for us.
If you recall, our relationship began with the Furniture Clinic being introduced to us as a result of furniture damage, which occurred while moving into our new office space.  The timing couldn’t have been better.  We were in a situation where we had older furniture which we wanted to have repaired and/or restored but didn’t know who we could rely on to do quality work.
Since we were satisfied with your initial work relating to our moving claim, we asked you to do some of the other work, which we were delaying.  We were very happy with the results and in fact, some of the pieces turned out better than what we had anticipated.

As we discussed, there are a few more items, which I would like to have repaired in the near future.  Additionally, I believe your idea of setting up an annual maintenance program to keep the furniture looking like new is a great idea.
Because of the quality craftsmanship and honesty, which you and your staff have displayed, both the Chairman and I have also given you personal pieces to restore.

Thank you for everything you have done for Project Time & Cost.  I look forward to a continued, successful relationship!"

"We want to thank you and Jerry Falls for the splendid restoration work your people have done here at Smith Plantation.

There were a number of irreplaceable artifacts dating from the 1840’s that were damaged by the carelessness of the moving company in storing the pieces.  Your people were able to restore the artifacts so that the damage is imperceptible.

We appreciate your expertise, your kindness and understanding when we were terribly upset about whether the damage could be repaired.  Now we know we should have not worried at all.

We have already asked for your help with other artifacts that were long stored away.  They turned out beautifully.  You have not heard the last from us.  Profound thanks to all of you."

Sincerely,
Louise Armour DeLong
