Blueprint Cleanse Giveaway!

Guess what? The wonderful staff at Blueprint Cleanse has offered to giveaway a free 3-day cleanseto one lucky FitnessNYC reader! I have to say I am so jealous that I can’t enter, I am as green as green juice with envy!

I realize that everyone has different opinions of cleansing. And it certainly isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. I find Blueprint Cleanse to be very mainstream (well, relatively speaking, as mainstream as juicing can be) and doable for anyone currently leading a healthy lifestyle or willing to put the work into properly preparing for the cleanse and safely breaking the cleanse. I don’t think someone eating snickers and red bull for breakfast, lunch and dinner would really get much out of the cleanse, if they weren’t willing to make some changes and sacrifices (and have some green juice test runs) a few weeks before hand. But the great part is that you have the potential to have a clean eating experience far longer than the 3 days you are actually doing the cleanse!

So what you get and how to enter:

A three day cleanse of your choice (U.S. only)

Foundation, Renovator or Excavation Level

Oh my GOSH!! I can’t believe you are doing a giveaway of the BPC! I loved reading about your experience… I have been slightly obsessed with the BPC for a long time now, but the price (especially since I live outside of NYC and am an impoverished grad student) is definitely a concern. I have read about this and always wanted to try it. The other cleanses I have done have been pretty intense – it would be great to do something that you do not have to think about so much! Love it.
